Traveler's Nightmare

As a traveler who had been looking forward to exploring the wonders of Turkey, I had booked my accommodation at KA HOTEL SUITES through Agoda, thinking I would have a comfortable place to rest after a long day of travel. Little did I know that this hotel would turn my trip into a nightmare.

After an exhausting day of traveling from early morning until evening, we finally arrived at KA HOTEL SUITES, only to be informed by the staff that there were no rooms available for us. We were shocked and disbelief. How could this happen when we had a confirmed reservation through Agoda?

The hotel staff kept shifting the blame, claiming that they had called Agoda and that the issue was with the platform. However, when I contacted Agoda, they clearly stated that they had never canceled our order and that our reservation was still valid. It was clear that the hotel was at fault, yet they showed no sign of taking responsibility or trying to find a solution for us.

Standing outside the hotel late at night, tired and frustrated, we felt completely let down. We had trusted KA HOTEL SUITES to provide us with a safe and comfortable place to stay, but instead, we were left stranded. The staff's lack of empathy and professionalism was appalling.

I am writing this review to warn other travelers to avoid KA HOTEL SUITES at all costs. Do not make the same mistake we did. If you value your time, comfort, and peace of mind, stay away from this hotel. The last thing you want after a long day of traveling is to be told that there is no room for you, especially when you have a confirmed reservation.

I hope that the management of KA HOTEL SUITES takes this review seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that such incidents do not happen again. However, until then, I would not recommend this...

I had an excellent stay at KA Hotel and Suites in the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15 to 20-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and other major attractions, making it ideal for sightseeing.

Location: Situated in the heart of Sultanahmet, the location was perfect for exploring Istanbul’s historical sites. Walking to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia was easy, and there were plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby.

Room & Cleanliness: The room was spacious, with a separate living room area that gave it a more luxurious feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impressive. The bathroom was large, spotless, and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable space to relax. The AC worked perfectly, ensuring the room was always at a comfortable temperature.

Service: The staff at KA Hotel and Suites were extremely helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Mr. Hakan and Omar, who went out of their way to make sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome.

Conclusion: Overall, KA Hotel and Suites provided a very pleasant experience. Its great location, large and clean rooms, and excellent service make it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Istanbul. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

We stayed only one night, therefore it’s based only on the our experience. The staff member at the night shift was helpful and great. He helped with our luggage. I’ve traveled around the world and stayed at many hotels, reviews help when booking hotels therefore; giving an honest review would help other travellers. |The room was clean but had a bad smell as soon as we entered. We were too tired to bother. |I couldn’t sleep the whole night due to Seagull noises, cars and was bitten by some insects. |Our teen had the same issue she slept on the sofa bed but was bitten all over her face and body.|Overall due to this reasons it was not a pleasant experience. |The morning reception staff were nice and helpful.|What made me really uncomfortable is the staff harassing me with WhatsApp texts to give them 10 stars as soon as we checked out and after my booking review to delete it.
