Kaya Hotel — Hotel in Fatih

I have spent three nights in this miserable hotel The rooms in the worst staute of dirty , no cleanliness level can we talked about it In my first Cchek in day 27th of December, we booked a three rooms for my wife, kids and my father and mother in law The three rooms were in the fifth floor In our first night we discovered a rabbit in room number 515 I and my son have seen a Cockroach In 516 The fridge was damaged and it’s door was separated from the whole metal body I couldn’t imagine that such damaged equipment would left in a hotel room like this. The receptionist- evening shift speaks to the guest in egoistic way , when I asked him to leave something belongs to somebody else. At our first night he managed to change the terrible dirty rooms to rooms 409 425 416 I have shocked, that they still have empty clean rooms in the forth floor and didn’t provided us with it from the beginning We have paid 540 $ for this miserable hotel for three nights starting from 27th of December till 1st of January. Our booking plan was Bed and breakfast. In our checked out day The hotel didn’t provide us with any breakfast boxes as we have to catch our plan at 09.10 from Istanbul airport, we had to leave at 05.00 clock in the morning, me and my wife and 4 kids didn’t have Our last meal ( breakfast boxes) so I have to pay 1440 Turkish lehra in the airport for six sandwiches. I will not move on unless I got fully refunded for this terrible stay in the most dirty...

The room is spacious, big closet and big bathroom, it has a good location in a lively area near to Historia mall, cafes, shops and ATMs But, I would give them 4/10 for cleanliness. I found in my closet 3 Quilts and 2 blankets which sucked! They Were so dirty and took the room service 2 hours to replace them with another one which wasn't that clean! Inside the closets was so dusty as if never cleaned! Their staff are rude and non responsive and unhelpful and when reminded of the thing I requested answered me carelessly sorry I forgot u!. The AC is an old fashiomed one, barely working, their food is Ok but there's no varaiety. Their Wifi is not working and they blame my mobile for it! Not a good deal compared to...

The hotel is located relatively close to the central part of the city, near a tram stop. There are 4-5 stops to the Kapalacharshi covered market and a few more stops from the historic center. The furniture in our room was quite old, but overall the hotel was very clean. The breakfast could be a lot richer, but it is generally good. The hotel is suitable for a short and budget stay! The staff is very friendly, there were rooms available upon arrival and we were accommodated immediately, for which we thank you!
