I recently visited this incredible restaurant in Istanbul with my mom, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding—truly five-star. The staff , especially Shehab, was warm and welcoming, greeting us with big smiles and making us feel right at home. The ambiance was filled with traditional Arabic music, adding a beautiful touch to the atmosphere and enhancing the cultural experience. Despite the restaurant being busy, we were seated quickly and given personalized attention, with the team checking in regularly to ensure everything was perfect.

As Lebanese Canadians, we were thrilled to finally find a place that served authentic garlic sauce! They went out of their way to tailor everything to our tastes. We ordered the kebab mix platter, which was a masterpiece—the lamb chops, chicken, and meat kebabs were all melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The mezze platter was packed with flavor, and the fattoush salad was incomparable, with fresh ingredients and a vibrant dressing. The presentation of each dish was also amazing, a testament to the pride they take in their work.

A nice quality Syrian food restaurant. The presentation is very good. The place is moderately beautiful and the staff are extra nice. They take orders in Arabic mainly and sometimes Turkish.

Their price is very affordable for the quality they offer. Shawarma with potato chips and vegetables only costs 7 Turkish Lira, amazing.

They sometimes offer takeaway when not busy. They also take orders on whatsapp only when they are not busy. This place deserves a 5 stars just like most Syrian Restaurants in Turkey.

But I am giving 3 stars because of one problem. They calculate water price per number of customers. The receipt will have a bottle water charge even if you don't drink or even tell the waiter you don't want water. This is really shady. People who do not control the bill will normally pay extra charge for water. I have paid like this my self multiple times without knowing it.

I confronted them and they said this is how they prefer it. We argued but they are not willing to change. Very annoying. This means you will have to deduct water charge everytime you pay by speaking with them. Absolutely...

Don't understand that this place has 4 stars :o The server spoke barely turkish or english. We ordered 3 lamb chops and a kebab from the grill. After waiting for like half an hour they brought out our dishes. The supposedly grilled food was cold, the tiny piece we sampled just to verify that the core was cold was dry. Fries were cold and limp, clearly fried earlier in the day. Even the pilaf was cold. They tried to tell us that they would bring us hot food in 2 minutes. Only way to do that would have been the microwave and that would have dried the meat out even more.

Only thing that spoke for them is the interieur. Maybe focus more on your staff's skills instead the looks of your restaurant.

For what they wanted to charge us I'd expect a proper meal. Not some dry cold meat that...
