Bosphorus Sunset Cruise — Local services in Fatih

Positives: very well organised event and highly enjoyable! The food was pleasant and the entertainment was out of this world! It’s wonderful that the package is full (includes pick up and drop off)

Negatives: I was given a total amount of 180 euros to pay. I was informed on WhatsApp I can pay on the boat. Unfortunately on arrival I was asked to pay an additional 14 euros because we are paying with a card. This was never explained prior to booking! It becomes deceptive and frustrating when you are not transparent with customers. In addition , I explained it was my fathers birthday and was told they could arrange a birthday cake for him costing 10 euros. When I confirmed the order on the boat the man suddenly said it’s 20 Euros! A clear attempt to rip me off , luckily I had the price given in writing so he agreed to the payment of 10 euros. The service from waiters was average. They really rush your eating and want to clear the table quickly. It is also not unlimited alcohol because there’s an additional payment for whiskey. This was never advertised or explained to me.

The bottom line is they really try to rip off tourists for all you have and think you’re dumb! Be more transparent and forthcoming , the dishonesty is a huge put off for me. Overall it’s a great experience and you will not be disappointed (apart from the negative aspects...

What an amazing experience. There are many options for cruises along the Bosphorus, we opted for the sunset cruise on a yacht and I can't imagine a better option. We managed to see the European side of Istanbul as we sailed up the Bosphorus River and literally sailed into the sunset as we traveled down the Asian side of Istanbul also known as Anatolia. The yacht was magnificent and luxurious and the tour guide made the trip very interesting. The river is a spectacle of its own. We even saw some dolphins playing near the yatch as the sun was setting which made the trip even more enchanting. It is a trip not to be missed and definitely the best option available giving you the opportunity to see Istanbul from the river during daylight and the view it as the night lights come into view as the sun settled down. We had the afternoon 2-hour cruise together with our family and a pleasant 20minute stop on Asian side for nice local ice cream-yoghurt. Everything was absolutely perfect and above expectation . Continuous service through snacks / water / coffee (included in price) by very professional and polite crew and tour guide. We found the price super-reasonable for a semi-private cruise (total 15 persons on a big yacht) considering that a private cruise will be boring and on a smaller boat with sky-high price (around 500-700euro).
