Kayahan Hotel — Hotel in Kaş

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE:|The hotel promised parking on site (as some hotels in Kas do and reserve spots outside with traffic cones - we did our research.) They confirmed this on messaging earlier that day. When we arrived, they said there was no parking available and we'd have to park our expensive rental car a driving distance of 700mts away in the middle of a busy intersection, which we couldn't risk. So we had to book another hotel for the night with secure parking right in front. ||The hotel is now refusing to refund the money by not responding for more than 45 days through booking.com, even though they DID NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISED and even after saying they would help sort this out on the day (we have this on recording). Booking.com is doing nothing because the hotel isn't responding.||If you have any issues with this hotel, good luck getting it resolved. They have NO one who speaks English at the hotel, are unprofessional and will laugh at you when you are frustrated and in a...

This hotel was simply amazing! The room was spotlessly clean and we got the high floor room with sea view we asked for. And what a view it was! We had walked up the big hill before we checked in and were given a complimentary bottle of water by one of the guys on reception as we were obviously hot. ||The breakfast was basic but had everything we needed including some Turkish dishes we had never heard of which were gorgeous. The spicy rosemary potatoes were especially gorgeous. The breakfast room is at the tip of the hotel with stunning views.|| Although there is no bar service at night you can purchase cold beers from reception at a great price and take them to the roof top to watch the sunset.|| The location is great.
