My stay in Ferah hotel was more like a homestay, with the owner, and his family being very friendly and welcoming, without intrusion. Even though my room did not have the sea view, there was nothing to complain about. It was cleaned every day, towels got changed promptly, the bed was nice and comfortable. I also liked the minimalist design of the hotel and the rooms: no spare wall or furniture decorations. Every room has a balcony. What is also good about Ferah is its small size: there are 4 floors with 5 rooms on each floor only. Breakfasts were Turkish style with various homemade jam offerings, bread, fruit and vegetables, good selection of local cheese, and, of course, good Turkish tea. Breakfasts are served on an open terrace with sea view. Right across from the hotel is the entrance to a small public beach (clean and not crowded). There was just one drawback about the hotel: thin walls and proximity of toilet and shower facilities of adjacent rooms. Another good thing about Ferah is its location, not in the noisy and touristy centre but yet in close proximity of everything: a 5-7 minute walk will take you to the main square and the marine. The owner can help with recommendations about things to see and go. I will definitely stay in Ferah when I am...
Read moreThanks to Mine, Hasan and their father, It feels like I spent my holidays within my family. It’s about hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness.
There are some points I have noted during my vacation:
Hotel is located in some quiet and beautiful space. It takes 5 minutes on foot from the downtown (center, mosque, marine). There is no beach owned by the hotel but it stands on the first line and you can get a room with a seaside view. There are 1 wild free charged and 2 paid beaches in front of the hotel.
Some wonderful breakfast made from the organic products will be offered to you. A tiny fig from the indoor garden is highly recommended as a dessert.
The hotel is very clean and fresh. Friendly ladies from the housekeeping department clean up it every day.
Design of the rooms simple, sleek and bright with some beautiful stained-glass windows.
Perfect balance of the price and the quality (you can compare the prices on the same line over there and you will not find some cheaper place)
You can always stay in touch with Hasan and his sister Mine for having some assistance or an advice. They are always ready to help.
I thank the hotel and its staff for a good time spending there! I will definitely come back...
Read moreStaying at Hotel Ferah for 8 nights. The location is amazing, the hotel is super comfortable with nice bed, good shower and strong air-con. ||The hotel is managed by a very friendly and sweet family and as a solo traveller they made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. A small shop is just 10 meters away so you can get water and toiletries easily. ||The breakfast consists of fresh vegetables, fruits, some homemade bread, homemade jam and is something I wake up looking forward to enjoying every morning. ||I highly recommend spending time here. It’s by no means 5 star luxurious hotel, but for seasoned and relaxed visitors who need no frill, this is the...
