Leonis Hotel Kaş — Hotel in Kaş

Worst hotel I booked in my 8 days Turkey holiday. It had hotel rooms and apartment rooms, and the room details and descriptions in Agoda were so vague. We were assigned an apartment room which was very shabby. Dirty floor and stain was everywhere. It had cigarettes left in balcony, and blood in the pillow. Though we asked for the complete cleaning, the floor was still dirty and stain was still in the balcony. WiFi was so weak to be none, we could only use our own data in room number 2000. Only extreme cold water and extreme hot water were provided, all of which are not suitable for shower. The bed was not clean and tidy. Our skins felt itchy after we slept for two nights. Potential safety and security issue, as your car key should be stored in the reception box and someone would move your car due to narrow parking space. The only pro I can say is the location in city centre, but why I don’t book other hotels in city centre as there are plenty of hotels in city centre. We cost £189.46(₺10507) for two nights. Definitely the waste of our money to book this awful hotel and ruin our trip in Kas. I doubt someone pay for the high rate in Google and Agoda. One more thing, if you book for this hotel and you can’t stand such poor environment(the pics are so tempting in Google,Booking and Agoda)and such high price, there is nothing you can do, as it’s the hotel policy that you can’t make cancellation and get the refund.(We booked two nights and we only asked for the cancellation of the following night, but they still refused our request. Friendliness of the manager the staff and the architect who shaped this beautiful place. Amazing vibes of both place and people.They were very helpful in suggesting things to do locally and how to plan the shortest of the time stayed a memorable one they’ve safe guarded our Lugguage till we returned the next day after our trip appreciated every bit of it,making the whole stay feel like home.
