If you’re looking for more than just sushi, this place is a gem. I started with a comforting bowl of soup that was perfectly seasoned, followed by their salmon tataki, which was fresh, beautifully seared, and absolutely delicious.

The ambiance is what truly sets this spot apart. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, instantly making you feel at home. They even have a friendly cat wandering around, adding a cozy, family vibe to the experience. The open kitchen lets you see the care and precision that goes into each dish, and the cleanliness of the space is impeccable.

What’s more, they’ve made the experience fun—you can play games while you wait or simply soak in the relaxed, communal atmosphere. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a wholesome and memorable outing.

Honestly, I don’t understand where all the good reviews for this place come from. The food we ordered was really disappointing. Even the fried rice, which is usually a simple and tasty dish, was just plain white rice with soy sauce – not fried at all, without egg or any other ingredients. It was absolutely flavorless. The rolls we ordered were also tasteless and unpleasant.

On top of that, we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for only three portions of rice and three types of rolls. When the waiter finally asked if we enjoyed our food, we answered honestly that we didn’t, but there was no reaction at all. No apology, no attempt to improve the situation – nothing. If you are not going to react, then why even ask?

The sushi was made of fresh ingredients which is a big plus. And the combinations are quite unique. However I cannot give full five stars, because the rolls are very very expensive for the amount you get. Some rolls you can get for cheaper at restaurants in London or Munich.

As an example, a relatively standard tempura roll with 8 pcs costs nearly 15 euros here. And two scoops of cheap rice (130g) for nearly 5€? Prices like that don’t even occur in more expensive countries and restaurants.

Additionally, the rolls are poorly put together and cut. Also the 10% discount for cash is a huge red flag. The restaurant doesn’t pay 10% in card fees. And this inconveniences customers while...
