Bomo Suites — Hotel in Konyaaltı

Located in one of the best and safest districts of Antalya, just a short walk from a beautiful seaside promenade! Within five minutes, I had access to the sea and beaches, restaurants, great bars, shops, etc.

The hotel is new and modern, with a peaceful, intimate atmosphere. What truly sets Bomo Suites apart is client service! ❤️ From the moment I booked, the staff made sure all my requests were met. I arrived at the late night and they met me. Since I have allergies, cleanliness and air quality are really important to me, and they made sure my room was fresh, free of dust and any scents. I also needed a quiet space to work and asked for a second-floor room with a view of the pines. They took care of everything perfectly.

Special thanks to managers Mert and Orhan for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Their English was on a level I’ve only encountered in top-tier Turkish hotels like Hilton and Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus. I was truly impressed.

My room was well-equipped, had climate control, a fridge, a washing machine, TV, dishes, and even thoughtful little extras like a cutting board and a sieve. Daily cleaning was fantastic, kept everything fresh and tidy.

One of my favorite parts of the stay was the cozy café on the ground floor. I was working on my laptop while drinking great coffee, the atmosphere was just lovely 💅

If you value comfort and you’re looking for a safe, stylish, and well-located place to stay in Antalya, I highly recommend Bomo Suites! Just hoping they’ll still have a room for me next time, because I have a feeling this place is about to get...

We recently stayed at Bomo Suite Antalya. The suites are cozy and clean, and the cleaning is done on request. The cleaning staff were friendly, and overall the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere.

Special thanks to Aysel and Mert at the reception—They were incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive throughout our stay. Also, a shoutout to the morning coffee staff (a young woman) who was very friendly.

Now, onto a disappointing part of our experience: our arrival. Due to a long flight delay, we arrived very late at night, with two babies, an elderly person, and several pieces of luggage. The late shift receptionist, a man named Okan, and the night coffee staff (also a young man) were unfortunately unsupportive and indifferent. Despite clearly seeing our difficult situation, they made no effort to assist us with our luggage or offer any help whatsoever. This lack of basic courtesy and assistance was truly shocking and left a very negative first impression, especially considering this wasn’t our first time in Antalya and we've always experienced great hospitality in the past.

This unprofessional and cold welcome is the main reason we are giving 3 stars instead of 5. For a hospitality business, the first impression matters—and in this case, it was quite negative.

Also, a note for future guests: the suites are too small to comfortably accommodate four adults.

There’s definitely potential here, especially thanks to the great daytime staff—but the night shift service needs serious...

We just stayed at this apartment and really liked it. Rooms were clean and big enough for us. The kitchen was good, with almost everything we needed. There's also a TV, washing machine, and air conditioners (they need 1 minute to spin up after entering the room and they don't run with the open windows)

It's in a great spot — very quiet and close to the sea, just a 5-6 minute walk. Migros & SOK and street with a lot of cafes are also located nearby.

Our room looked out at the park (room B4) with nice views. In the reviews someone mentioned that park sided room is overheating but it our personal experience it wasn't.

The staff very nice and helpful.

Soundproof could be improved, sometimes you can hear your neighbors (especially steps of some active kids who live in the room above).

And which disappointed us is that there was a mix-up with our booking due to human factor, and we had to leave one day early and find an another hotel. The proposed alternative option is located near the construction works so we didn't considered yet.

Overall, the place is nice but you'll need to double-check your booking (especially during the hot season).
