This is quite possibly the best hotel you can stay at in Lviv. First...location! It is literally dead smack in the center of everything...if you are doing a walking tour through downtown you don't have to go more than 100 meters to reach the start.

The staff is so welcoming, (all of them seemed to know English very well!) and always willing to help in any way possible. They gave me free coffee, cookies, and fruit at various times during my stay. They were genuinely concerned about every need and would greet me every time I passed by the desk and offer me help at every turn. When there was an air raid siren outside they offered to bring me me food at midnight as I waited downstairs. I don't think I've ever experienced such excellent hospitality from a hotel, and I have stayed in 5 star ones in the states. If you are from outside the country and afraid to travel...you don't have to be because these people are going to treat you like family. Also Lviv is an amazing city full of very...
