I very much enjoyed my stay! It was very clean, the room was nice and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting very good. The service was very nice and the workers friendly and helpful. You can easily reserve a parking spot and it won’t be taken by someone while you’re absent (it’s a parking outside). The building is very new and everything is in good condition and works perfectly. You get a nice fridge and A LOT of place for all of your stuff. I mean, there is a huge wardrobe and additional storage space under the table. The bathroom is very clean, big, very nice and the shower is just awesome as you have the “rain” mode! Luckily the hotel is equipped with an A/C for hot days and perfectly working generator. The room was equipped with a new Smart-TV, so you won’t need to bring your chrome cast with you, as did I, and you can quickly log in to your streaming-accounts. The reception is ready to welcome at any hour (as long as you warn them about your late arrival or early departure. The prices are correct and the minibar is surprisingly not overpriced. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back!

On the negative aspects - The curtains are not blocking the sun enough so an early bedtime or nap is quite difficult. Also, because of the night stand, one of the 4 doors of the wardrobe couldn’t be open more then 25% and the bad part about this is, that the safe is behind that 4th door. It was possible to fit things inside, it was just very difficult to do so. Also it was lacking an instructions on how to use it so I had difficulties with that. What also came up to my attention is that the wifi wasn’t always very good, not unusable but didn’t...

We choose this Hotel for a family reunion.||7 adults and 2 children stayed at the end of October, 2024.||Location is great. Walking distance to the train station, bus station and city center.||Beautiful and quiet neighborhood.||We had some questions and requests before our stay.Our communication with Hotel Team via their Facebook page was excellent. They always answered promptly.||Breakfasts were fresh and delicious with lovely additions of Ukrainian cuisine.||Rooms were spotless, beds very comfortable.||This is a quite new Hotel. If I am not mistaken, it was open at the beginning of 2024.||Team is professional and people friendly.||What can be improved? We had a family reunion last fall.
