Read moreI recently stayed at this hotel (EMIRATES PLAZA HOTEL - ABU DHABI), and while the stay itself was decent, the behavior of the receptionist (MS. JOAN) during our check-in and check-out completely ruined the experience. The receptionist (MS. JOAN) was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
We simply had some questions about the imvoice, but instead of calmly explaining, she (MS. JOAN) seemed irritated and dismissive. Her (MS. JOAN) attitude was unwelcoming and gave us the impression that guest satisfaction was not a priority.
Checking out of a hotel should be a smooth and pleasant process, but this left us frustrated and upset. Hospitality is about treating guests with respect, and unfortunately, this receptionist completely missed the mark. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone until they address their staff’s attitude towards guests.
NOTE: WHILE REQUESTING THE RECEPTIONIST MS.JOAN REGARDING THE INVOICE, SHE HAD SHOWN HER PALM HAND TO ME VERY RUDELY.

While I had expected a pleasant experience, unfortunately it was so bad from the beginning. Upon arrival and throughout my stay, I found the reception staff to be unwelcoming and lacking in basic hospitality. There was no greeting or assistance provided, which is the least I would expect at a hotel rated 3 stars.The room I was stayed in very poor condition. There was an unpleasant smell, and the windows were dirty. ( Lift, Lobby area, Floor, and room.)The washroom was also not properly cleaned, which significantly affected my comfort. these issues, I believe the quality of service and room conditions do not meet the standard expected of a 3-star hotel.
