I am writing to express my disappointment with the food I recently received from your establishment.
Firstly, the rice was overcooked and had the texture of porridge, which was far from the quality I expected. However, the most concerning part was the fruit salad “halo-halo” that I received. There was no option or clear indication that the fruit salad I ordered would be prepared this way. When I spoke to your staff on the phone, they confirmed that this was the only version available, but this was never explained beforehand.
The fruit salad lacked proper flavor, consisting mostly of sugar and evaporated milk, making it overwhelmingly sweet and unhealthy. This not only ruined my appetite but also raised concerns about excessive sugar content. Hahaha, the most surprising thing about the halo-halo fruit is how you managed to fool me. All you did was pour canned fruit cocktail, add some sugar and evaporated milk — seriously? What kind of restaurant is this? The picture looks amazing, but what I got was a total disappointment. Zero standards.
If I had known this is what I’d receive, I would have just made it myself. The halo-halo fruit I bought is absolutely not worth the price. I’m honestly shocked and let down.
You’re not serving customers — you’re just playing with their trust.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously, improve transparency in your menu descriptions, and ensure better quality control in your food preparation. This is my last order, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone...
Read moreWe used to dine there, recently we visited when we enter the waitress not even smiling while she’s taking our order she was a bit rude,i think she’s new and i ordered beef sinigang, when my order arrived she serve us bulalo, and i told her that this is not out order but instead of apologizing she instead that it’s sinigang and she even tell me to taste it and keep insisting that its sinigang, i dont wanna taste it coz obviously its bulalo with the cabbage, so i told her if it’s sinigang why there’s no kangkong, but still she insisted for me to taste it and i was right, she didn’t apologize and directly take back my order, i ordered sisig also i told her not to put bell pepper coz i dont eat it but still there’s bell pepper,they replaced the order but when i tried the sinigang was obviously thats the bulalo they just put sinigang mix on it it taste bulalo at all but sour and the cabbage are still there and put little kangkong, we didn’t eat it coz the beef is still hard. And while she’s serving the plates and serving spoon she gave us one by one and asked if we needed a bowl, of course we needed a bowl coz we ordwr soup when my friend approached her on something she said wait in a sarcastic way, but she was taking another order from another table which is a foreign she’s smiling 🙄 we always go there and served with the nice people but this time was very bad experience we didn’t enjoy out food coz she shared...

We ordered 2 beef mami, when they serve it, it looks different from each other. The server said “Chicken at beef po?” Which I corrected, “Both Beef” and then suddenly she get a serving spoon and then started to touch my food and my hubby’s with same scooper as in hinalukay nya and wala syang makitang beef, kinuha nya yung akon den bumalik, may beef then she said, “nasa ilalim pala nalagay”😫. I don’t mind naman kung magkamali, but the way she handle it, too rude!!! We’re not satisfied at all, we didn’t even finish it, we still tried it maybe it will remove my badmood BUT NO. First time to eat there and Surely, the LAST TIME!!
