This is not to criticise.

Just today we had our breakfast we ordered Lomi , pandesal, black coffee and Goto, unfortunately, after 30 minutes, when we follow up our Goto,they realized that they forgot to punch in POS. We ended up sharing Lomi.🫣

I think they need a proper training how to take orders and how to treat the customers in more nicely way. Its a bit rude they didnt even apologise, instead, the 2 male staff at the counter blaming each other instead of make up with me. Its not even crowded at all.

But I would like to show my gratitude the ONLY STAFF who greeted me in a very polite way the moment he saw me entering and trying to assist me the best way he can. I believed he is a Chef too. I didn't get his name but he wore eyeglasses and he's been walking and moving around trying to assist everyone. Thank you kuya! You are the reason why we still choose to sit and eat there. Good food, good ambiance, and a great spot for Filipino comfort meals. We used to come here mainly for their ube cheese pandesal, but eventually fell in love with their silog meals too — simple, hearty, and always satisfying.

The staff are friendly and experienced, you can tell they’ve been doing this for a long time — attentive but never intrusive.

The place has plenty of space, with outdoor seating that’s really nice especially when it’s not too sunny. The surrounding buildings give shade, and you can feel the cool Corniche breeze, which makes dining even more relaxing.
