WORST EXPERIENCE. Today 24th October 2021. I ordered one chicken gravy and roti. As per Menu chicken gravy was Aed 12 and Roti Aed 1. After I finish my food I asked for the bill. So total bill suppose to be Aed 13 but Cashier guy took Aed 15. I asked him why 2 dirham extra, give me the bill but he didnt gave the bill and replied chicken price have increased so extra 2 dirham we are taking. I told him then you should also change the price in menu. I also asked him if tomorrow chicken price goes down so will he take less amount as per menu. He said NO. In my 8 years of UAE experience, first time I came across this kind of fraud Restaurant.
Its not about 2 dirham but its all about fraud. What is tomorrow if big group visit and they will charge as per their wish instead of menu.. I strongly feel cashier is doing this fraud and may be owner is not aware abt this fraud. But what if cashier himself is the owner. Strange.
So I strongly recommend, kindly avoid this fraud restaurant and still if u want to visit be sure to tell them in advance that bill should be as per menu.

   Read moreThe worst shop from the employees, I asked them more than once, they raise the price and then lower it again, why are you making fun of us? This is a really bad shop, an order takes time or an hour and a half to deliver, they do it badly. I advise the owner of a cafeteria to replace the entire staff if he needs to gain customers, they raise the price more than once and give a lower price to someone else. Why do you do it like this? If you think you are all good and you are the best, you are wrong. You will lose customers as long as you ask for an order that takes an hour and a half to deliver, and you talk to the cashier and he makes fun of you. He tells you one or two things, not because after half an hour you call him again after half an hour and he tells you after an hour. They act disgustingly badly, of course, I am a customer as long as they have them, but they need to fail and close the cafeteria because of their dirty behavior, and if you repeat your fraud of money, I will report you...

Instead of blindly saying that I lied....I strongly recommend u should check the cc camera recordings and with cashier too and you will come to know who should receive your billions negative and who is curse for society...Me OR YOU.
Instead of cross-check my review with your cashier and via your cc camera recordings and instead of apologizing me and instead of give warning or terminate your cashier.. you lost your temper on my review which is very unprofessional.
Let me remind you that my last review was for your cashier fraud and food taste which everyone have rights to share the same. Don''t expect always positive reviews from everyone who visit your restaurant and from negative reviews a person should take learnings and try to covert that into positivity.
Anyway I prefer to not visit your restaurant in future. Thanks...
