We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the parks as well as value for money. The hotel breakfast was excellent with so many things to choose from. Much better than I expected. The kids pool was great and the bigger main pool was even better. There is also an over 18s pool which is good for anyone who doesn’t want the kids around lol. It was never busy when we went every morning and the staff on site were great and very helpful at the pool.
The beach access was through the next hotel and we visited this only once. Nice small private beach with access through crowne Plaza hotel next door. Once inside you get onto a free buggy near the pools to take you to the beach. Beach wasn’t busy at all, few hotel residents and lots of sun loungers and umbrellas available. Water is very salty and lots of seaweed but worth a visit.
The room in our hotel was decent, clean and had everything we needed however as there were four of us, everyday they’ve only given us two or three towels when there is four of us. They also didn’t have basic things like notepad, or bathrobes, or enough toiletries provided. I had to ask everyday for toiletries, I had to request everyday for the extra towels.
The king size bed was great however no sofa bed or free extra rollaway bed for my child who is 6yo. (Other hotels provide the bed for free but not here) We had to pay an extra £200 appx for the additional extra small single type of bed. I wasn’t really happy about this because they should have sofa beds or rollaway beds free of charge for a child that small. The fact I had to pay that much was quite shocking for me. Nevertheless comfortable room but lots of things for improvement.
Balcony was nice and facing the pool and golf course/sea. Got to see the sunset every evening.
We hired a car therefore used the free valet parking service at the hotel and we cannot fault this at all. Superb service everyday, and it was free to park and use the valet parking. Loved this!
We heard other family friends receive free park tickets on their stay at this hotel without booking the room package that offers that however we didn’t receive any free tickets so were very disappointed in that.
My son got sick two days before we left and I wasn’t feeling well, we couldn’t go to the second park we chose as had to stay stuck in our room. The hotel office team kept phoning to check in on us and sent a get well soon tray which was lovely of them. Their care and concern was amazing and I didn’t expect it. Thankyou...

Biggest problem: Mr Mustafa, the self-proclaimed night manager, but he should be calling himself a nightmare. I haven’t seen a single hotel receptionist/night manager as a horrible, rude, racist and pathological liar as Mr Mustafa. He gave us one 45 sq.meter junior suit in place of two 36 sq.meter standard rooms and had the audacity to tell us that he did a huge-huge-huge favour to us by giving us an ‘upgrade’, and we are being ungrateful to him. He also told us that we might not have seen a luxury hotel, so we didn’t understand what a huge favour he was doing us. (Yes, every time he used the ‘huge’ word 3 times to show that he did a favour)
In what world is one 45 sq.meter room an upgrade from two 36 sq.meter rooms? And what does he mean by saying that we don’t know luxury?
It was only after I told him who I am and what I am in my home country, he realised that we are not some lowly people who don’t understand what luxury is and he started speaking politely and stopped fooling us.
Apart from Mr Mustafa, every now and then, someone comes knocking on our room with a QR code and asks for a good review on TripAdvisor, mentioning their name.
Third, the hotel is under renovation, I guess. The rooms have carpets in all online pictures on hotel websites, booking(dot)com, etc. None of our rooms or hallways had carpet. A room had a leaky faucet.
Fourth, the hotel DOES NOT have direct beach access. U have to enter nearby hotel (crown plaza), pass by the swimming pool, exit from the back entrance, walk around 1 km, then there is a beach, which can be accessed by only those who are staying in nearby hotels.
Fifth, the restaurant staff does not respect vegetarian and non-vegetarian food boundaries. I have seen them handling vegetarian and non-vegetarian food without washing their hands or changing gloves in between. I told them to be careful and not repeat this again, only to see them doing the same after 10-15 minutes.
The only good person I met in the hotel was Mr Gopal. Very polite and...
Read moreThis is average rate from my side. 3/5 overall. Last night I gave this below review and I went out early morning today for some events, basically we stayed here just to sleep. And do swimming because my daughter wants to swim. I like the Radisson aside of being a member and I trust the name ‘Radisson Hotel’ I review just to give a very detailed and fair judgement during my family stay. I hate overcharge hotel, especially if the service is not enough.
Reception 2/5, we waited for the long line, the lobby is so crowded there is no welcome drinks, I understand the effort but again, ‘customer journey’ is important Lobby 1/5 Luggage 4/5, I forgot to give him the tip Location 5/5 Room 3/5, I really did not expect this. This is not worth a cost. No tissue, few selection of coffee, room is too small. There is no carpet! No balcony. No good view from my room. The floor is dusty Fridge 3/5, is not that cold Aircon 4/5 Restroom 3/5 there is a leak! No idea how you check this but this should be checked
Thanks to Satish for helping me for urgent printing documents. AND to the lady who assist me to extend my check-out to 2pm.
Breakfast Reception 4/5 Food selection 4/5 Coffee area 4/5 I normally ate bacon, egg, beans and sausage then coffee. The beans is too sour, too much tomato sauce Cereals, bread selection 4/5 Table setup 4/5 Only the flies flying around… I know we cannot control this but this is not good.
Pool No heater (almost winter), bruh it is too cold.
There are so many things to that I have seen including the elevator, from the lobbly you need to pass the 2 left/right door just to press the ‘up’ button. First time to see this. There are worth to pay expensive hotel but this for me is not worth it to consider.
Please check the photos there are caption in it too.
