Cyan Beach — Attraction in Abu Dhabi

This is a private beach of the hotel. And as a guest of the rotana hotel we walk threw hotel crawn plaza threw the pool and a buggy take you 200 meters back and forth to the beach, We have been there during the week and there were a just a few people. The place provides free sunbeds and umbrellas to guests. showers and towels can be obtained from the pool staff when you pass by. the beach ⛱️ itself is very nice the water is calmand pleasant but the send in the water is very sticky and not pleasant. We came as a group of people and most of the people went into the sea for a moment but the contact with the sticky mud was unpleasant feeling and drove them out My recommendation to the beach managers is to either move the beach to another place with a good send or bring good sea sand And replace the sand at Cyan Beach with sea sand till the point where people can't stand Otherwise the place is...

I base a good beach on three things: 1) facilities to shower and rinse off/clean bathrooms. 2) Health of the water 3) serenity. Cyan has all three. And they have a seasonal food and drink area, and SUP, kayak, sailboat, and jet ski rentals. I went out an hour on the SUP for $45 USD/ 150 AED. The rental staff was very helpful and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed the sand bars I came across with herons, sandpipers and terns. I was told there was flamenco but didn’t see any. We stayed at crowne plaza and hence had free entry to the cyan beach.. We spent our anniversary evening by the beach.. Stunning beach side.. Did not feel like uae at all.. Nice white sand and well set beach.. We had a great time. The recreational activities like speed boating, kayaking are super expensive so we did not try that.
