Jing Asia — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

We arrived for a breakfast buffet and pleased with the Buffet spread. Not too fancy but MORE than enough. There was something for everyone including pancakes and waffles for my 6 year old. But what makes this restaurant really stand out are the people, their staff...man oh man...what an excellent service delivery and standards set by Aldar Management. Standout individuals need a mention : Warm welcome by the lovely Alda. Host Prakash, Elke( think I got it right) and Chef Tamka Prasad were awesome. But 02 individuals took service delivery to another level are : -Pravat paid attention to details. We were Celebrating Our Parents Anniversary and their feedback was only positive for the hospitality that Pravat offered. Always proactively checking on us and didn't offer us a chance to need anything.Just absolutely brilliant asset to Aldar. -Chef Ishor is a Star in his own league.Being the food man, he still engages with his guests. Proactively ensures that he derives feedback from guests and works towards exceeding guest's expectation. I noticed Chef taking time and efforts to ensure he left us coming back for more. They launched All you can eat Dim Sum on Saturday’s for mind blowing price AED149 per person and you can upgrade to unlimited house beverages for another AED 100 only!!

We were greeted with a warm welcoming smile by the head hostess and escorted to a table next to the floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooking neighboring beach club.

We started our lunch with great salads, then moving to Dim Sum’s, they were exceptional, we tried fried and steamed both options.

Great vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available. Outstanding dessert options too, my personal favorite was Fried Banana😍.

A final note about the staff, who were truly excellent. Able to make (spot on) recommendations and seamlessly replace plates and cutlery without disturbing the meal, they were both present and absent in all the right ways.

Post covid safety measures are well cared.

We went to the Jing Asia on Friday for the Asian Street Food buffet dinner. The venue is spacious and well decorated with different seating areas including huge outdoor terrace. The ambience is nice, quiet and relaxing. The team of young Asian chefs and cooks doing great job: cooking delicious food and chatting with guests giving insights on some dishes and cuisines. Here you will have access to some cuisines that are not very common in UAE like Myanmar or Indonesian among others as Hong Kong, Thai, Filipin, and Singapore. However, on my view it would be good to add a few more items to each country corner, and also include in menu some signature Asian drinks like Bobo or other special flavours drinks. Also it was surprising that barbecue corner doesn't have any seafood items and in full menu they are very few. At the same time we would like to express special thanks to the Desert corner Chef, who presented many fusion items with inclusion of Mango, fruits and Green tea.
