🛏️ Room & Amenities: Our PREMIUM SUITE 2 BEDROOM was spacious, elegantly designed, and spotlessly clean. The plush bed, high-quality linens, and premium toiletries made it feel like a true retreat. The smartroom technology, minibar, and COFFEE machine were lovely touches.

🍽️ Dining: The hotel’s restaurants exceeded expectations. The Choice offered a gourmet breakfast spread, and dinner was a culinary masterpiece. Special thanks to FULL TEAM for the outstanding service!

To kick start our holiday and celebrate my birthday we booked a club room for our family - 2 adults and 16 year old son. Upon check in the hotel suggested that my son should share the same bed as my husband and I. In my culture it would be frowned upon for a 16 year old to share the same bed as his parents 🤔after much debate the hotel agreed that they would provide an additional bed at no extra cost. I phoned the reception after four hours and asked if we could have the extra bed and a towel, as only 2 towels were provided (and only one bath robe). Still the bed and towel didn’t arrive, I then went to reception to ask again if they could provide the bed and towel. The hotel promptly then delivered the additional bed but did not provide an additional towel. We went to the bar to watch the British F1, since the hotel overlooks Yas circuit we assumed the hotel would be familiar with the racing schedule. We were informed by two members of staff that there wasn’t any racing on and as such would not be shown in the bar. They then confirmed that there was racing on, but they wouldn’t be showing it. We went to the crown plaza across the road. I went to the gym in the morning, there was no hotel staff in the gym during my visit, which begs the question what happens if somebody has an accident in the gym if nobody is around. Overall, extremely poor service at a premium price! When we checked out of the hotel, the chap at the counter did not bother to ask if we enjoyed our stay, hence the review… Must try...

I have been in this 3 years ago with my family and again in April 2025 we love rotana then and love rotana now. It's very good hotel in yas Island Abu Dhabi especially for families ,near all the entertainment Parks and the mall. Near the hotel there is a free shuttle to all those places . And the texi is near by and very cheap. The hotel itself has very good facilities and very good location. We took the room with balcony and they are very clean and spacious and has all a guest need little problem is it the water pressure in the shower is not good enough but manageable.

but the most important is the staff that the hotel have,They're trying to help you in every way and and they are the most valuable asset of this hotel thank you all. All the facilities are clean and spacious The pool is divided for kids and adult. And a good buffet breakfast . And restaurant that we use in the evening and it was very good. The hotel have Gymboree for the little kids ,we came with two kids and they had very good time there. the only problem we had last time that we ordered two rooms and they were on different floors even though we ordered on the same floor when we booked they tried to help us but the hotel was full. this time it happen again but they work very hard too find as a room in the same floor and we got it thank 🙏you Koon and thank you Mirza,but I think it's not hard to keep in advance two rooms in same floor as the...
