We’re back again for another wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s truly amazing in every sense — the rooms, the staff, the reception, the facilities — everything was excellent. Special thanks to the staff member Saw in the restaurant for his care and warm welcome, as well as the chefs and the entire team. I consider it the best hotel for families. I suggest adding a water park or creating a dedicated room for children’s activities.

We had a family holiday for ten days and we absolutely loved our stay! We have nothing negative to say. Especially the staff made our holiday enjoyable. There was nothing they wouln't do for the guests.

We stayed many days just by the pool, which was peaceful and beautiful. The staff kept it extremely clean and they were always so helpful. We felt like royals! Special thanks to Jagath, who kept us hydrated and was always so happy and nice to talk to :) You really made our days! Also Suraj was always there, when we needed something. There is also a pool for children and the staff was always looking after the children. We felt really safe. Also amazing view from the pool!

Our rooms were extremely clean. Sleeping quality was great, wide beds and good pillows. We slept like babies! Housekeeping does their job really well. Thanks for them for enjoyable stay as well.

Gym was well equipped and you definitely can do a good workout there. Timothy at the gym was really kind and helpful.

We often had our dinners at Sirocco restaurant and the food was delicious! There was nothing missing and we ate so much good food, it was insane! Just had to taste everything :) This restaurant has way better foods in buffet, than average. The staff is really hard working and they were always there for us. Special thanks for Dana, who made us feel special by reserving us the same table. Also a male staff member, with the whole black suit at the restaurant was exceptional, but unfortunately we didn't catch his name.

The rooftop restaurant was a great place to chill with wonderful views. We tried happy hour cocktails, and nothing to complain!

We really recommend this hotel, it was absolutely amazing! We will definitely return and stay maybe even longer. The location of the hotel makes your stay easy, the mall is connected to the hotel and there is everything you need. No need to go to the bigger malls! We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City, and I must say: this hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped into the spacious and modern lobby, we felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease.

The rooms are exceptionally modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. The bathrooms are spotless and well-equipped, and the housekeeping team does a phenomenal job. Fresh towels, water bottles, and coffee supplies were provided daily, and the room was always perfectly cleaned. Truly excellent service!

The highlight of our stay was the restaurant. A huge compliment goes to Mr. Kerlos , one of the most attentive and kind servers we’ve ever met. He made sure no wish went unfulfilled and treated every guest with genuine care. At the entrance, Ms. Nozipho, Ms. Rose, and Ms. Anna Rose greeted us each day with a warm smile and professional service that made us feel right at home.

Special thanks also to Ms. Mary, who was always cheerful and helpful at the egg station – and the chef preparing the omelets deserves 5 stars himself! The food is delicious, thoughtfully presented, and includes gluten-free options as well. It’s kid-friendly, spacious, and there are plenty of healthy choices. Water, juices, coffee, and tea are freely available, even in the evening – a lovely touch.

The location is perfect – directly connected to Festival City Mall, with private parking, and just a short ride from the airport. The free shuttle service to/from the airport and other destinations makes everything even more convenient.

If you’re looking for a high-quality city hotel in Dubai with excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and a great dining experience, this is the place to go. Whether you’re traveling with family, for business, or on a short stopover – I wholeheartedly recommend it.
