Bateel Boutique - Festival City Mall, Dubai — Local services in Dubai

After dinner, we always come here for Gahwa and desert. My husband and I reached at 11:20 PM and the lady took us to the table. Young man said please take away only, we close at 12. We were politely refused service by this man while the lady was asking him why are you not seating them. Ibrahim at the front said please have a seat as the shift manager watched uncaringly next to him. We have been coming here for nearly 20+ years. Bateel service was top class. Very sad to see this.

The staff was unprofessional and cold as was the manager. Have been loyal customers. Will not be coming back to this branch again. Very disappointed. Not the bateel we are used to.

Bateel Boutique in DFC is a very lovely place. It is located in the middle of the mall in opened area but still it is really cosy. Also it is quite spacious. I visit it frequently, as the atmosphere there is very welcoming and warm. The staff is very attentive, they recognizes me, they know which table l prefer and which coffee l like. And l like their turkish coffee. I can say that food is even exquisite for cafe located in shopping mall. Beautiful presentation of the dishes. Delicious signature deserts.
