For several years, we have chosen the InterContinental and Crowne Plaza Festival City for both leisure and business trips.

Our repeated visits are attributed to the superb facilities and, more importantly, the attentive service provided by the staff, particularly Hassan and Parkash & Bhavana, who ensure that our needs are met with care. Moreover, the quality of the cuisine is consistently outstanding.

I felt compelled to express my gratitude through a letter to you and your remarkable team at the Hotel in Festival City for making my stay both enjoyable and unforgettable. We frequently travel to Dubai and consistently select your hotel, largely due to the exceptional service provided by you and your staff.

The experience we had was incredibly relaxing and joyful, and I extend my compliments to the management. I would like to mention that I previously met Hassan at the Intercontinental, and during my recent visit to the Crowne Plaza, I noticed a significant improvement in the reception area. The staff was exceptional, and I soon discovered that Hasan is now the manager. His influence on the service quality was evident in the performance of his entire team. While at the reception, I was approached by several staff members who inquired if they could assist me in any way, which contributed to a remarkable experience. The following day, when I was not feeling well, the staff immediately recognized my condition as soon as I entered the breakfast area, and the entire team was attentive in ensuring my well-being.

The room was impeccably clean, all facilities were well-maintained, and the food was exceptional, deserving of high praise for the chef and their team. Hassan, you possess a keen understanding of your customers' needs, and the service you provide sets a standard for all in the hospitality industry. Your commitment to continually improve our experience makes our decision to return to the Crowne Plaza at Festival City an easy one, and we extend our heartfelt thanks.
