We recently visited the play area and were impressed by the overall concept and the wide range of entertainment options available for the kids. The quality of the facilities and the food was also quite good.

However, there were a few areas of concern that we noticed during our visit. Firstly, we observed some older children (around 9-12 years old) drinking milkshakes while playing in the play area, which could be a potential safety hazard. Additionally, we noticed that many adults were not wearing socks, which is not in line with the general hygiene standards expected in a play area.

Another issue we encountered was the lack of staff presence in the play area. We saw older children running around at an extremely fast pace, almost as if they were participating in an Olympic sprint competition, without any supervision or intervention from the staff. This could be quite concerning, given the presence of smaller children in the same space.

The cleanliness of the play area also left something to be desired. The floor was dirty, with what appeared to be crumbs or sand scattered around. Furthermore, we noticed that both children and adults were walking around in socks, even going to the washroom and then returning to the play area, which goes against the basic principles of hygiene.

Lastly, our visit was unfortunately marred by the theft of a toy from our son's stroller. This is a serious security concern that the management should address to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors.
