Bubee Drinks,DFC — Restaurant in Dubai

Worst experience ever at Bubee DFC! 👎 I’m shocked at the disgusting behavior of the staff there. Two guys — one named Nauman and another clean-shaven guy — were openly staring at the female customers in a dirty, harassing way while they came to buy drinks. It was so uncomfortable and shameful!

When I went to pay, the clean-shaven guy shamelessly asked for my number under the excuse of “sending the bill on WhatsApp,” claiming it’s company policy. When I refused, he kept insisting and made me feel forced to give my number. And now, he’s texting me personally saying he wants to be friends! This is pure harassment and completely unacceptable.

Bubee management — is this how your staff behaves with your customers? Staring, making girls uncomfortable, and misusing customer numbers? This is a serious issue and I hope action is taken immediately. I’ll make sure to warn everyone I know about this disgusting behavior. Never visiting...

Too sweet. Undrinkable Sweet. Must reduce the sugar. Came here with huge expectations and was disappointed. This outlet of Bubee is located in the IKEA, Carrefour exit in Dubai Festival City Mall. I consider this to be my bad luck. I will visit again next time and hope that they do not make this blunder again by adding so much sugar. The staff were very friendly and had a big welcoming smile on their face. Bubee is a very popular Bubble Tea brand in Dubai and I wish them all the best. This shop really nice tea drinks to offer. But because of staff working on this shop making the revenue goes down, as we noticed the size can be choose only 1 large. Yet you do offer size medium drinks. Unfortunately, twice I come same person I spoke with buying medium size and not accepting my order and not possible to order because only for kids. How that be possible loosing customer sale over the size what you offer.
