We booked the desert safari from London. Ray has been extremely helpful and cooperative during the booking process. He even called me giving out all the information I needed and made sure that we had the best experience of our life. Indeed the safari surpassed all our expectations. We booked a private car ad we were not very comfortable with ither people in the same car during this covid times. Our exceptionally professional driver Ikram picked us up from the hotel dot on time and ensured that we had a memorable experience. He was a bit quiet but was great at his work. He looked after us very well. And I would like to specially thank him for the awesome photoshoot that he gifted us at the sunset point. He truly made us look like models. Huge thanks to him and the entire team. It was an experience of a lifetime. Highly recommend...

I booked for three people. I've done desert safari many times before.this time the worst ever experience . They picked us up on hiace rather than in land cruiser. They took us somewhere and made us wait for more than an hour .after asking many times we been taken for just ten minutes safari then again we been taken on hiace for dune camp .we booked vip table.they served very cheap soft drinks not even proper cocker or Pepsi they charge for real drinks .food was not good at all.it was bbq dinner.just one piece of chicken bbq was given shows were good and service at camp was good.just one plus point was sadam our driver what a amazing person with excellent service.Ali who I booked with has very poor service.he didn't answer my messages or calls....

Total disaster. We booked a private tour with toddler and we’re guaranteed they could provide that. Driver came late without a car seat for a 20 months old! Rough driver, very very loud music even after asking to turn down many times. Very nonchalant driver. Hours on the phone while driving and during the tour. No words spoken, just to collect the money. Had to pay extra for the vip seating in camp. Food is not eatable. Very BAD. We had to starve. On the way back flat tyre!!!! We had to stop at the gas. Station to correct the air pressure. Driver did not understand a word we said.Or could communicate with us. It was a REALLY BAD experience. A waste of...
