From the moment I needed assistance with transportation, Shahroz took complete ownership of ensuring that my group’s experience was seamless, stress-free, and truly luxurious. Managing a group of 37 guests, we required multiple transportation solutions, from buses to smaller vans, and Shahroz arranged everything with precision, efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

What sets him apart is not just his ability to organize, but his relentless dedication to guest satisfaction. He personally followed up at every stage—before, during, and after our transportation—to ensure everything was perfect. Even outside working hours, on his days off, or at the last minute, Shahroz responded promptly and found solutions with a level of care and professionalism that is incredibly rare.

Thanks to his attentiveness, problem-solving skills, and customer-first attitude, my guests enjoyed a smooth, elegant experience without ever having to worry about logistics. His efforts directly enhanced our overall impression of Media Rotana, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I returned to this lovely hotel after 10 years. My first visit was in September 2015, and I had kept fond memories. Honestly, in terms of value for money, Media Rotana can easily compete with the best.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant — welcoming, simple, with a team that genuinely cares about guests. All the amenities you’d expect from a luxury hotel are there.

The rooms are spacious, clean, bright, and the bedding is comfortable. My check-in took place at 3:00 AM with Mr. Gaafar at the reception. I’d like to thank him for his kindness and professionalism.

Dining Experience

On the first day (Sunday), breakfast was quite hectic. Two dining areas were open, both full, and I couldn’t find a seat.

The team quickly responded by opening the Italian restaurant, where I was able to sit with another family facing the same situation. The “backup” breakfast offering in restaurants 2 and 3 wasn’t identical to the one in the main restaurant.

Since I stayed for 7 nights, I was happy and reassured to see that the quality of the breakfast remained consistently high in the main restaurant throughout the week.

Bravo to everyone. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping team is excellent. Mr. Waqar, housekeeping supervisor, left a lasting impression by solving one of my last-minute requests the night before my departure — even calling his manager, Mr. Mani, around 10:00 PM to make sure it was handled properly.

From the moment we arrived at the main entrance to our check-in at reception, we were warmly welcomed by friendly and attentive staff. I would especially like to commend Simeon at the front desk, who was truly exceptional in every way. Not forgetting Marica who was also polite and friendly. Simeon took the time to listen carefully to our needs and ensured that everything was perfectly arranged for our stay. Shortly after we settled into our room, he even made a follow-up call to confirm that we were comfortable and satisfied a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed.

One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful surprise arranged by the hotel for my wife’s birthday. It was a truly touching and memorable moment that made our visit even more special.

As a first-time visitor to Dubai, I can confidently say that our experience at Media Rotana, largely thanks to the dedicated team led by Simeon, made a lasting impression. It wasn’t just about grand gestures, but rather the attention to detail and the little things that truly made us feel valued and cared for.

Media Rotana has now become our first choice of hotel in Dubai, and we look forward to staying with you again in the future.
