Lock, Stock & Barrel — Restaurant in Dubai

After more than 5 years as a regular & loyal customer at LSB, yesterday’s experience was extremely disappointing and the whole management of LSB failed to manage the night and customers expectations I was watching the Brezil game last Monday at LSB - Tecom, and while leaving booked another table of 5 for Friday December 2nd, at 10:30 to watch the last Brezil game in round 1. I selected the same table where we were seated and the lady confirmed the same On Friday afternoon, I received a call from LSB reservation team to confirm the same. The lady informed me that the table will be automatically cancelled in case we’re late for 15 minutes We arrived to the downstairs doors (elevators) around 10:18 pm, but waited for more than 15 minutes to come up, as the security teams were managing the queues. We arrived to the hostess desk around 10:34, asked the lady about my reservation and got surprised with her answer (without even looking at the reservation tab) : Reservation cancelled… When I started complaining, the lady said my reservation was at 10 pm, which clearly was changed manually, as the store was very busy and they needed a table to accommodate the over reservation and walk-ins and needed an excuse to cancel a table … It was obvious that I won’t buy the bluff so the lady started trying to find a table for me, then came back to show me 2 options : 1 mini-lounge located exactly under the screens on the wall, where it is impossible to watch the game, and another table of 4 to be shared with 2 customers already seated and with ZERO chairs !!! Since I had guests, and the game was about to start, we decided to stay and stand around the table. 15 minutes later 2 of my guests left …

The above isn’t the worst part : Since the store was 2 crowded (as per the lady who “helped” seating us, they accommodated 400 in a space that fits usually 200), standing customers were literally putting their belongings on our mini-table and we were literally not able to stand or move I had to wait for 1 staff to come take our order for more than 30 minutes. I ordered 2 drinks and 1 food item, and couldn’t find any staff to order again until we left We literally could’ve spend 4 times what we have spend, and so was the case of the tables sitting around … People standing around were not drinking at all (obviously as no waiters were taking anyones order)… long story short LSB, could’ve do double their sales yesterday with 50% of that crowd …

Yesterday night was literally a frustration : This is not just a bad service but an unacceptable unforgettable F&B experience … Shame on you Lock Stock &...

Expressing my disappointment with the way my sisters and I were treated during our recent visit to Lock, Stock & Barrel on 14th Aug 20205, Business Bay Branch.

When we arrived, we were looking for a place to sit. Since no tables were available, we found some seats and sat down, unaware that they were not designated for us. Shortly after, a female Filipina staff member approached and abruptly asked, “Who told you that you are allowed to sit here?” The tone was unnecessarily rude and made us feel unwelcome.

We initially ignored the comment, but she returned and said, “Do you want me to call security?” This felt aggressive and uncalled for. We moved to another area to avoid any issues.

Later, while my sister-in-law was dancing, the same staff member bumped into us and accused us of hitting her — which we absolutely did not do. Without asking for our side of the story, the bouncer was called over and told us to leave immediately. This was deeply unfair, as we had done nothing wrong and were not given the opportunity to explain.

We each only had one drink, so we were certainly not intoxicated or in any state to start an argument with anyone. We are mothers who were simply out for a rare night to relax and have fun, without causing any trouble. Instead, we were treated disrespectfully and judged without reason.

We believe that the decision to remove us from the venue was unjustified. At no point were we intoxicated, disruptive, or aggressive, we each had only one drink and were simply enjoying a rare evening out. Instead of resolving the misunderstanding in a respectful way, the staff/bouncer escalated the situation without listening to our side, leaving us feeling humiliated and singled out. This is not the treatment paying customers should receive, and it has left a lasting negative impression of your establishment.

We understand that the staff may have been tired or busy, but that should never be an excuse for rudeness or for denying customers the basic courtesy of being heard. We hope that you will review this matter, as this is not the standard of hospitality we expected from your...

Me and my friends in few years we went sometimes 1-2 time per month in the one on 8th floor in Millennium hotel in Barsha Heights dubai. Every thing was so so. But now it changed too much by bad way. 2 times we went there and a rude Phillipine lady staff stopped us in the entrance in ground floor just because we are all women(another staff work with her in entrance was a black man he was nice and talked politely not same that lady staff). She said have to book and go with men then allow, if only women then not allow. We asked why and after few minutes talk with her then She said now new manager new rule, if only women come they worry come for business. We said we are not new here, we went many time in few years ( we live close the club) sometimes we went with men and sometimes just us women and today is not crowded no one in the entrance that times why not allow come. Also we come to enjoy we never go to talk to men or make noise or any bad thing. Camera can show you that. She said but new manager said new rules like that. Even we don't text men but men will come to us to talk about sex bla bla. What the hell happened with them now God? If they think like that then they need to control men clients also. Not only women. And same time we was talking with that lady staff had 1 couple then she allowed they come up without booking and in front of us. She showed us that she too much disrespectful us just because this time we only women. Also her face was too much very bad performance when few first seconds we smiled and said hi to her, she did not say hi or smile back. No education. How can people work to earn money by that stupid way? She made us feel too much ashamed in front of someone came be hide behind us that night( that was Phillipine lady staff the woman skinny with black glasses). We and we will our friends never...
