Palm View East by Dubai Residential — Hotel in Dubai

Cons: Dirty building! Common areas are deeply dirty and always seems like that is no maintenance at all. I’ve spent 4 weeks there staying in a Silkhaus studio. During this short period, I’ve experienced water leakage three times in one of the studios and than mold in other one. Despite that, Silkhaus’ team used to manage the situation quickly.

Living in this apartment building has its drawbacks, primarily revolving around the subpar WiFi. Streaming music in the gym becomes a tedious task due to the lack of WiFi and poor phone reception. The limited gym hours from 9 am to 9 pm, with no morning sessions, further discourage residents from utilizing the facility. You shouldn’t be missing this if you come to Dubai! Spectacular 360 degrees view of The Palm. We initially thought that the price would be too much just to have the view but when we got there, they had this small digital museum that showcases the history of The Palm and even a digital representation of the Aquarium.
