So many people recommended this salon to me, so I was super excited to try it… ended up quite disappointed as I had much higher expectations, especially in terms of service.

I went in mid-May for the 300 dirham package for hair and makeup, since I had an event.

I was around 5-10 minutes late, and the makeup guru kept rudely pestering me about this, saying she couldn’t do the look I asked for “because I’m late” (the look in question was just blue eyeliner lol)… she seemed to be annoyed and in a rush, even though we finished much earlier than the booked 45 minutes anyway because the look I asked for was so simple.

Despite her horrible attitude, bad service, and lack of professionalism, the makeup did last quite a long time and she did a good job.

Any esteemed and professional place knows that hair goes before makeup, but they completely ignored that because “I was late”… so I ended up doing my hair after my makeup. The lady doing my hair was super sweet, but unfortunately the curls did not last too long on my hair. I also asked for my hair tied up, but no one was able to do that for me for some reason, and just styled it while it was down. Again, felt a bit rushed, even though it was just me and another girl getting her hair dyed that were there.

After a horrible makeup service and a rushed appointment, they ended up charging me extra over the 300 dirhams because I didn’t bring my own brushes. Even though I contacted them on Instagram when booking and specifically asked if they need me to bring my own brushes or products- to which they replied a simple “no”, without mentioning that I need to pay extra. Lying by omission, or just overcharging for no reason?

The only positives include the cleanliness of the place and that the makeup actually lasted quite well for long hours… other than that they’re understaffed, unprofessional, and the service is horrible. With the exception of the lady that did my hair which was the only sweet one.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I’ve been telling everyone I know to steer clear from this salon. Staff definitely needs some kind of basic training...

I used their threading , eyelash extensions and their Much hyped million Dollar facial .. they advertise their million dollar facial these days as derma planning free with facial but to my surprise it was only dermaplanning and 3 min micro needling that’s it facial done ...they didn’t informed me that it can result in so much allergy and redness .. after I was informed that I can’t apply any makeup for 2-3 days no cream for 48 hours I missed a party because of allergy and redness and rashes it caused.. my eyebrows one is high other is low ..never had such eyebrow experience

I also want to list now my lash extension experience.. I got it done on 16 March and paid around 300 for it and on 21 March one eye is almost naked .. I didn’t used any makeup , no mascara, no makeup remover .. Still it lasted for 5 days for one eye other eye still has extensions left .. it is also hurting me on and off since day 1 .. it is not worth the money as I was told it will last for 2 weeks but it lasted for 5 days .. no precautions were explained as usual by the beautician as usual

The receptionist is very very rude and don’t know how to deal with customers.. once I finished and paid 900 aed ...I asked her my husband is coming to pick me asked she asked me to go out and sit on chairs in the lobby .. that was so embarrassing for me and salon was having only 2 customers almost vacant it’s not because of corona guidelines .. very very bad experience.....
