You have to visit Hanu Dubai restaurant on Palm Jumeirah First the quality of the service was top-notch! (It’s funny because I wrote my review and then the next 2 reviews I read afterwards also used the same words.. “top- notch”! The food was fancy Korean. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors. You get a nice view and you can see Atlantis royal from there I enjoyed ALL the food they served and our server Firas was extremely kind, respectful, and helpful!! Especially when I was ordering, he stood beside me—helping me go through the menu and giving suggestions with what to get for my party of 7 and I liked that. I also found out they just had their grand opening like yesterday!!! My friend and I rated their kimchi 10/10 (made right in the restaurant). I really appreciated the creativity and variety of the food and presentation! Our server did all the cooking and serving of the grilled meats so that we could really just enjoy the food and company we were with. I think we could have ordered more meat, but we know that for next time! I still ate a lot of calories!!! The restaurant and staff were super helpful— I ordered a cake to the restaurant and they were able to help the driver who got lost trying to make the delivery. Actually since it was our first time going there, a few of my friends had trouble reaching the restaurant but eventually found their way. The restaurant sent me a video of which way to turn to reach this restaurant, but I didn’t forward it to the others until it was already too late haha... I recommend planning well ahead of time in case you get lost or take wrong turns. To finish, I’m really happy I got to enjoy my first experience at this Korean fine dining restaurant with amazing company! They even have a staff member outside the washrooms to help push open the door to go in, and I thought ‘:O wow! I love it.. 😆 Now this is next level customer service’. I notice everything, the constantly filling of our waters, the pulling out of our chairs for when we sit down, and the abundance of staff around all acknowledging and smiling. Shout out to our server Firas 🙏🏻He played a huge part in making this night a success! So wonderful. My partner and I went here for my birthday celebration. It was such a lovely and amazing experience!

Food: We had the Meat Me at the Grill set and had 3 or 4 kinds of wagyu meat. The meat was absolutely delicious, it was bursting with flavour and very soft. The flavour was even better because it was charcoal grilled, and had truffle salt on the side which was unexpectedly a great combination! The 반찬 were delicious too, and it was hefty serving considering that both of us have huge appettite 😂 I especially liked the spring onion salad and boseot with sesame. Their food was more on contemporary korean flair.

Service: Top notch. We were warmly welcomed by staff, and we were assisted until we finished our meal. Since my partner made all the reservation, it was so nice that they paid attention to his notes (my shellfish allergy and that it was my birthday). They served some 계란찜 and initially it had some shrimp, but Chef Wilsom approached us and willingly changed mine to the no shrimp gyeran jjim :) Also, our server (I completely missed her name, but she looked like she was Nepali/ Indonesian) she was very lovely and attentive. She grilled our meat well. Chef Wilson was very much hospitable and was so attentive and dedicated to his customers. It shows that he knew what was going on in the restaurant as he knew my partner was Korean and came up to us to check if everything was okay. It was just funny that initially he spoke to both of us in Korean ( I am not, my partner is 😂) Finally, Chef Wilson gave us some walnut cookies and ice cream as a birthday treat. The walnut cookie is so good, I wish we had more!

Atmosphere: The interior was beautiful. We could see it had korean influences, even the carvings on the ceiling shows their korean heritage. The choice of furniture, apart from being comfortable, looked antique which was brilliant. The atmosphere was very elegant and cozy.

Overall I wish this restaurant receives more hype that it deserves! It is such a gem. The food price is on the higher end but it is fine dining and every penny is worth considering how delicious their food is.

I recently dined at Hanu Restaurant in Dubai, and it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The restaurant offers a luxurious and elegant atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a special meal. The interior design is modern and sophisticated, creating a comfortable yet upscale dining environment. Hanu’s menu features a creative take on traditional Korean cuisine, blending authentic flavors with innovative presentation. Every dish was crafted with great attention to detail, and the fresh meats, in particular, were beautifully plated. The side dishes were also thoughtfully prepared and complemented the main courses excellently.

The service was impeccable—staff members were professional, friendly, and well-informed about the menu. They made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive, and the pacing of the meal was just right.

What stood out most was the artistry and creativity behind each dish, making the entire experience feel unique and memorable. I have visited well-known places like Cote in New York, but I found Hanu to be even more impressive in terms of food quality, presentation, and overall atmosphere.
