This place is listed mostly on 3rd party sites like booking.com and Expedia. They have a NO REFUND policy no matter what time you cancel the reservation. Not even when cancel right after making the reservation so please don’t book without reading reviews. On checking in the staff the reception are very unwelcoming, and for our entire stay we had issues with the room and communicated but non was resolved or at-least given an explanation. It was a pain having these guys give us a room after being charged, and then acknowledging receipt of the payment from Expedia. The guy at the reception kept telling us we booked through a 3 party so , we should have them help with a booking they had already received and been paid for. The hotel has very outdated facilities and smells awful the moment you get into the hallway, the room we got was clean thanx to the house keepers but everything was very old. The bathroom has a leaking roof, the bathtub was very out dated and had some spots that felt like it was going to break when you stepped there so we took showers on the edge to avoid any kind pressure on that spot in the tub. there were cockroaches running around the cabinets and floor. They gave us a room with sockets that didn’t work for the entire 10 day stay we had just 3 sockets and had to charge or use them in turns. -The Tv in the room didn’t work and we informed them and left the key behind on day 2 to have it fixed but returned later that day and nothing was done and still no explanation. The food at the restaurant is horrible, it was meant to be hot meals but the time we had breakfast every thing was cold, except the coffee. I give them a star for the housekeeping staff that do all the can to make this outdated place kinda be a 1/10. The pool is advertised here but it was always under maintenance and they don’t allow women to swim during certain times.

We visited the hotel last month for the entire duration of our trip to Dubai...on reaching the hotel after a long flight we were made to wait for around 2 hours for check-in...it was not like the hotel was full or anything...maybe they just want to show how busy they are ... the front desk lady was adamant on showing the credit card which was used to pay the hotel bill in advance ....the problem was the credit card belonged to my brother in law who was due to land and stay at the same hotel at night that day...my wife was dehydrated and not feeling well still they didn't back off from their credit card nonsense...then they asked us to deposit our passports in order to check in until that credit card was physically shown....we had no choice do did the same.. the rooms were spacious but room service not good at all...someone else's toothbrush was lying in the bathroom...the room service boys and other staff are well mannered and friendly but they are not being coordinated well...in addition to hotel bill they ask for so called entertainment tax before check-in but what's the purpose of that? Their steam, sauna don't work at all....about the much sought morning breakfast: i was shocked to see almost the same items every single day for 5 days! I could memorize which item will be kept where at the end of the trip lol....not expected at all....and the last night was another shock for my bro-in law and his wife...their bed was full of bedbugs! although they got to switch their rooms ..this is not expected at all from a Dubai hotel which claims to be 4 star...also for guys try to order a shaving kit from housekeeping and just attempt to use it...i ordered 4 or 5 but all I could shave off was the skin from my face!l leave your comments below about your...
