Stylish menu, but the flavor took a day off”
Al Safadi in Rigga delivered on the surface the place looks nice, the staff had great service and a friendly attitude, and the food… well, it looked fantastic on the plate. But when it came to the taste? It felt like the kitchen hit the snooze button.
I ordered a few classic dishes, hoping for something that would make my taste buds do a little happy dance. Unfortunately, it was more like a slow treadmill walk no rhythm, no spark. The food wasn’t bad just very meh. You know the kind of dishes you can get anywhere? That’s exactly it.
The menu is gorgeous, seriously it makes you hungry just reading it. The atmosphere was good, and the staff made the experience pleasant. But the actual flavors didn’t quite live up to the visuals. Not a terrible spot by any means, just not quite worth the price for what you get.
A place I’m happy I tried but probably won’t swipe...

Read more@alsafadirestaurants is known for its Authentic Lebanese cuisine. May that be breakfast, manakish, appetizers, shawarma's or barbeque, they have wide varieties in thier menu to choose from. We came here for trying their Shawarma platters and chose, HUMMUS WITH MEAT SHAWARMA 🤤 The authentic hummus, with good amount of meat which is minimal in spices, yet so delicious and pita bread (refilled bread baskets) is one great meal that nobody can resist. For the dessert, we tried Halawet El Jebben 🤤 the dessert was beautifully presented, with pistachio sprinkled on top, the dessert was not over sweetened, but just perfect and then you can pour in more sugar syrup if you prefer to. Highly recommending to visit this restaurant. One of the best place to try middle Eastern cuisines. It is located very close to AL Rigga metro station. . . . .
