This hotel has great view and is a nice place to stay, This is our second time staying in this hotel while visiting Dubai. It is a home away from home. My children love the hotel. The staff are very friendly, nice, welcoming and always smiling. We noticed some changes from when we visited last year. We were impressed to see that the hotel has put diversity into consideration and have included among its staff African Americans. This inclusion of diversity meant a lot to my children and one other family we met who stayed in the hotel. In the past there was no inclusion or diversity in the staff team there but now, there are staff from most walks of life, thereby making guests feel more comfortable seeing that they are represented. Kudos to whoever effected this change. I would like to thank all the staff that made our stay very comfortable and memorable from the security guys, Kuty, Johnson, and their team, these guys got your back should you have any security concerns or forgot something in a taxi. To the front desk team, Canston, who checked us into our rooms both last year and this year. He was very friendly, nice and always smiling. To Romario the front desk manager, always smiling and never a dull moment with him, he took very good care of us. I must say that Romario stands out among Marriot hotel managers I've encountered. He was very down to earth and paid attention to details. He took care of a little problem we encountered during our stay and made it all right. Thank you very much Romario. To The breakfast team, Vanesh, Jean, the Cheff etc, who were very nice and courteous, they were always checking in with guests to see if they need/don't need anything and making sure everything was right at the breakfast buffet. We did notice some new addition to the breakfast buffet menu. The menu last year was kind of dry and same selections but this time, there were more choices and the changes was for us, a better selection, something for everyone. To the housekeeping team, Analiza and Niran, who made sure our room was well clean taken care off. We always looked forward to our room on our return from outings. Thank you Analiza for the wonderful farewell décor you made for us. Our Children loved it. These team of people at this hotel are the reason my family and I will always want to stay here when next we visit Dubai. Thank you guys for your great...

Read moreI recently stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and would highly recommend it, especially for business travelers. The location is perfect if you have business or office work in this area (deira), as it has many corporate buildings and major bank business branches. The apartments are incredibly spacious and comfortable, feeling more like a real home than a hotel room. My one-bedroom apartment had a large living room, a full kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and even big drawers and closets that have always been important for a lady like me with lots of stuff, making it easy to settle in. Just a note on the view: if you book a one-bedroom apartment, you'll likely be on floors 1-4, which have street views. If a great view is important to you, you might want to consider booking a larger apartment on a higher floor. The service here is good. On my first day, I had an issue with my room, including a problem with the bathtub and some housekeeping oversights. However, the front desk manager, Mr. Romario, helped to fix the situation. After four days he moved me to a room in Tower A, as I requested which was perfect, and he even offered two days of complimentary breakfast as a kind gesture. It’s clear they value guest satisfaction. The staff across the board are excellent, especially the restaurant team and specifically Mr. Vaneesh, who were always well-behaved and attentive. One unique feature is the two towers connected by a long bridge. If your room is in Tower B, be prepared for a bit of a walk to Tower A for breakfast. The breakfast itself is good, but perhaps more aligned with a 4-star than a 5-star hotel, so just manage your expectations there. A highlight of my stay was the incredibly thoughtful service. The staff surprised me with a beautiful birthday cake in my room, which was a lovely touch. When I went to the restaurant, the team had been informed and wished me a happy birthday, making me feel incredibly welcome and special. Overall, I had a great stay and would choose this hotel again for its comfort, location, and good service. Oh by the way as a 5star hotel apartment here doesn't have parking valet. You and people you arrange your meeting with in the hotel, should go and park the...
