My recent month-long stay in this apartment has been far from satisfactory and frankly, quite disappointing, especially considering the price point. Initially placed in room 305, I immediately encountered a significant issue with a leaking bathroom ceiling, apparently stemming from an AC duct situated above. Despite reporting this promptly, a resolution was not forthcoming, ultimately necessitating a room change to 205. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. Room 205 presented its own set of challenges, including the unwelcome presence of cockroaches. While I was assured that pest control would be arranged, this was still an unpleasant discovery. Furthermore, the lack of universal plug points in the room was an unexpected inconvenience, requiring me to purchase one myself. The most concerning issue, however, involved the inoperative main door lock. After reporting this in the morning, I returned to the apartment in the evening to find it still unrepaired. Shockingly, the door opened without any need for a card , revealing that the actual problem was a malfunctioning door closer that prevented the door from latching shut. This posed a significant security risk and was completely unacceptable. Considering the multitude of unresolved maintenance issues, the lack of essential amenities, and the serious security lapse, I strongly believe that other properties in the same vicinity offer significantly better value and a more comfortable and secure experience for the price charged here. I would certainly advise exploring those alternatives." Finally i had to check out 7 days early on account of some urgency . I was not even refunded the amt for 7 days . They offered that they would give a credit for the 7 days which till date . This too was not confirmed on email which is arzanjg@gmail.com. Dirty shabby rooms, Cockroaches run everywhere in general, not only in the bathroom, but also in the kitchen, next to the microwave, in the room. Read moreHonestly, Staff is friendly and helpful but the hotel and the hotel room itself needs renovation...As per the hotel the price is very expensive..The hotel room furniture is really weak and dirty...Even secondhand furniture is better than the room's furniture. Food is good no problem with that but let me share with you an experience in our hotel room as a family...On our first day there was only arabic news and radio channels but we weren't arabic so we didn't know what to do...we called tech staff and they helped really well but before, when we tried to set up English or other channels, it was showing 'No Signal' then finally, the next day we called the tech staff again and they brought and setup a new tv and then, for once, we finally got whatever channel we wanted to see. Then, our washing machine leaked with water, so the staff replaced a new washing machine... Then, the microwave wasn't working when we tried heating up water...but that's just a minor issue ...hotel room wasn't maintained well it was dusty and dirty..i know everyone got a different room but my story is different...This hotel is not bad but it isn't as great as it is in the pictures..i don't even know how this hotel is even called a hotel...but overall I'd rate this hotel a 2 star review.
