West Zone Plaza Hotel Apartments — Hotel in Dubai

It's not poor it's pathetic .. The worst hotel ever ..I really want to know based on what are u calling this pathetic place a 4 star hotel .. Its a living nightmare staying here . . So called check in is at 2pm yet they do and amazing job of making the customer wait at the reception for more than an hour coz their room is still not ready.. Rooms are pathetic , filled with cockroach, AC doesn't work , TV wow u should put these in the museum that's were it belongs .. On what basis are you charging such a rates for this kind of a sickening place .. The room stinks and so does their amazing kitchen which has non stick vessels .. oh my please give me an option to upload the pics of the vessels coz am sure they don't know what is the meaning of non stick vessels .. And wifi it's a joke in this era to even say ur providing wifi and then nothin really works .. You wan a peaceful stay do not 🚫 book...

This hotel is not good for celebrating any occassions... Imagine we are just visiting a birthday celeration of a friend they are asking for 100 aed charges per visitor..of course we did'n't pay it... they are just making money for an hour visiting and to think that we will not sleep there...one more worst experience was time to time the reception are calling to let us leave the hotel because time is over for visitors...and the only allowed visitors are 4..OMG...In the first place they didn't inform the celebrant that the only allowed visitors are 4..if they did inform that., of course the celebrant will not invite as many as she can... If there's 0 star to give this hotel I will not hesitate to give a negative 0 on how they...

Great hotel. The room are nice. The only thing I noticed people in reception are not approachable, they don't smile. They don't greet you. The lady and the man upon check in the afternoon shift are having poker face, there's no greeting at all, they don't talk. Also bellman will look at you and not offer any help. I feel not welcome. Staff should smile and talk to their guest regardless how they look like, how they dress and no matter nationality they are.. A basic greeting like "welcome" "goodmorning" and "enjoy your stay" should be practice in this hotel. But over all I really like the room. I will be back because of the room and kudos to housekeeping who's very helpful and very charming. Forgot their names but Thanks...
