Castle View Apartment — Hotel in City of Edinburgh

Extremely disappointed with my experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my reservation and tried multiple times to find a solution, but the staff was very rude and kept saying, “We don’t have any solutions for you.” Even after 20 days, I am still trying to reach them, but they have not responded. Instead of helping, they even asked me to delete my comment. They show no care for their customers. You can find much better hotels, not apartments, with better prices, more facilities, and far more customer-friendly...

Because we were so busy touring Edinburgh and the surrounding area, we mainly used the apartment to sleep and shower. However, it was well supplied if someone wanted to cook meals and spend more time there. The location was fantastic and communication with Aileen was thorough and easy....
