Shanghai Take-Away Chinese Food — Restaurant in East Lindsey

This place just isn't good. The attitude of staff as they're just not friendly. The food I had tonight was just horrible. The first meal from any Chinese I'd had to throw in the bin ever. Waste of money. I asked for Cantonese chicken thinking it was the chicken in batter with sauce & veg but it was just chicken in sauce & veg. I didn't feel like the man taking the order wanted to talk to me when I asked what the dish was so I ended up with something I didn't want. The chicken was horrible, really tough & chewy. The egg fried rice had a burnt taste to it. Won't go...

I visited the restaurant today the food first I tried the prawns and they tasted like nothing and rubbery then the service was very poor collect your food from counter on the plate when we asked for napkins we only got two there was four of us we had to go up and get out food also they only cooked it in a few minutes the chicken curry was very small for the price kids size portion and there wasn't much chicken in it but the chicken balls were ok the food arrived in 1 minute which means its pre cooked . Never will...

Chips were soggy but nice, special egg fried rice bland and no other meat apart from chicken. Satay chicken was bland , no flavour, not the worst I’ve had but certainly not even near the top. BBQ spare ribs were minus the BBQ and dry. I think the prawn toast lost the prawns, in fact gained a chicken as they tasted more chicken then anything else and to finish it off the beef chow main had a special extra ingredient with a hair !!!

We can safely say we won’t be eating...
