The staff were all amazing – friendly and quick to help. The beds were very comfortable. The entire hostel was very clean and I had no problems at any point. It’s set in a beautiful location near Snowdon base and many beautiful walks. It’s also close to town centre – but far enough away that you’re not in the middle of everything.
Useful info:
Wifi: None. You can get a data signal in the kitchen area, and some parts of the lounge. But for wifi, you have to go into town (very short walk). The staff will give directions and locations where wifi is available free if you ask.

Dry room: There is a large dry room with lots of racks for hanging up clothes. Within the dry room, there is a washing machine that is meant for staff use, however, you can use it for a charge of £2 (comes with soap).
Dorm room: The beds are very comfortable. There is a single sink in the room I stayed in, and only one socket – which everyone will want to use. I brought along a power bar so that we could all enjoy the electricity. Alternatively, there are several outlets in the lounge.
Toilets/Showers: Toilets and showers were clean. There was only one shower on my section of the building, but just across the stairs there were several more.
