Update to review:

I’ve changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because of the owner’s actions after I left a review. The owner commented on my review explaining that this wasn’t up to standard and that if I called her number she would arrange a refund. True to her word she did arrange a refund and apologised profusely for the bad burritos we had experienced.

I really appreciated that the owner took the time to read my review, offer and provide a refund, and did apologise for the poor experience. Whilst I am slightly doubtful that this was a one off issue (some of the earlier reviews have mentioned the over abundance of rice too), I think the post review customer service went above and beyond, and the owner took full responsibility.

I’ve changed my rating to reflect this customer service, although I can’t give 5 stars because of the bad food. The owner clearly does care, as demonstrated by her good customer service, and I wish her the best in her business.

If I am in the area again I will give this a go and hope that these issues have been straightened out.

I don’t usually post reviews but unfortunately this was so disappointing! Ordered a beef brisket burrito, a pulled pork one, and a veggie one. Asked for various sauces inside each burrito.

All we got was a burrito full of barely spiced rice and about 3 pieces of protein! I can’t even tell you if there was any sauce in it because it was just full of rice. My burrito was also cold for having been freshly made.

Looking at the other reviews I think a lot of the ones that are giving 5 stars must be fake!

Save your money and time and go elsewhere! This felt like a con and I think they’re relying on passing trade to hide the fact that what they’re serving is...

After reading some reviews we thought we’d give the burritos a go! We visited on Friday night and ordered a beef and veggie burrito, the only word to sum it up is disappointing.

I hate to leave a bad review or even to talk negatively against a small business, but the burritos were cold, bland and completely tasteless. It was pretty much entirely plain white rice with a small pinch of veggie chilli or beef and not really anything else. The little amount of beef we did have tasted really nice, but because there was so little of it you couldn’t actually taste it in the burrito!

The guy who served us had accidentally bought cling film instead of tinfoil and asked us if it was ok if we had it in clingfilm or just in a box. We said we’d prefer to wait for him to go and get some more tinfoil from the shop up the road. When he came back he took his jumper off and was in a crop top, unfortunately his stomach hair was in line with the bench where he was making the burrito and along with the fact we didn’t see him wash his hands, it was very...

This place has so much potential in such a cute setting, but is sadly run by complete idiots.

When we made our order we were told they were a bit low on rice and it would be about a 10min wait, which was fine. However, after waiting a full half an hour we were then told they had competely run out of rice so we didn't get our order at all, and had to get a refund. Given that there were barely any other people around I'm baffled at how it could have taken this long to realise they couldn't actually make our food.

Therefore can't rate the food but certainly wouldn't bother going...
