I recently went to Crib Goch hunting for a new pair of hiking boots (I noticed online they stocked a huge range of top quality brands), and I couldn't have been happier with the experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Dylan (I believe the owner of the store), who went above and beyond to assist me in a pressure-free way. He took the time to understand my needs and what kind of terrain I'd be hiking on, and with the vast selection of boots available at the shop, we were able to find the right pair that fit perfectly and felt comfortable. I highly recommend Crib Goch to anyone looking for quality hiking shoes (they also stock a large range of running shoes) and excellent customer service. A huge thanks again to Dylan for his exceptional customer service ⭐️

I contacted the seller on three occasions to claim on the item's lifetime guarantee. To no avail. Outdoorwales would not even acknowledged my emails, never mind would it respect the warranty, of course. So much for customer support. Disgraceful! Another company which wouldn't care less : "Pay and Go... away" should become their little motto.
