Myself and partner went here last year on the Easter weekend and stayed in yarmouth and lovely hosts sharon and bob both are! - very easy to get on with and great hosts!||Breakfast for a fiver each is well worth it!! ||The place is situated within a 2 minute walk to the beach which is beautifully sandy and has excellent links to town centre and market that is open 2 daysish. Lovely atmosphere and very child friendly there! We then visited again this year again on the easter weekend and it was again the same experience as discussed above! We ventured out to nearby gorleston on sea which is a hot spot for crabing! if you want to catch crabs of the good kind go there. It is well worth going to burgh castle / safari parks/ wildlife parks too! The best doughnuts in town is at the end of the road to where this B&B is too located on the left on the corner! Have fun in majestic bingo as the prizes are really good on there too! ||||Overall the place is great to stay for a weekend and would be more than happy to go again.||||Top job guys! 5 stars from...

Read moreWe stayed here last year and was very disappointed with the guesthouse. It was in dire need of an upgrade. The stairs were very unsafe. Our room was grubby. The bunk bed was falling to bits and my grandson found someone elses clothes shoved down the side of the bed. The owners were friendly, perhaps a bit too friendly as they stood and watched and talked all the way through us eating our breakfast, which i found very off putting. We hired a mini fridge for £5 for 4 nights. We came back from a day in Yarmouth to find the owner had switched it off.. i have no idea why! The final straw was the owner moaning about leaving the toilet light on. My 5yr old grandson couldnt reach the switch to turn it...
