Best breakfast in London. I’m so glad I walked 30 minutes to get to this place. It was all worth it. This unassuming little restaurant is a gem and I can’t wait to get hungry again and come back. Today I was here for breakfast but I’ll definitely be back for lunch too. We ordered the Full English Breakfast and the Veggie breakfast. They were both insanely good. The chef sent us a portion of Bubble and Squeak, which is a delicious grilled mash potatoes with onions that you have to try, plus a couple of pancakes and black pudding to try too. I’m not super fond of eating blood and that’s basically what black pudding is but I assume it was very good. I didn’t actually try it. Sorry 😔 My Full English Breakfast was fabulous. I’d been coming here for 10 yrs and had great food and service off the team at good prices, it is with regret that the last time I went I and an extremely bad experience and haven’t been back... I came one Saturday afternoon at approximately 2:10pm for my usual/full English and after waiting 15/20 minutes no one taking my order..., a lovely Portuguese lady/waitress came over to say had someone taken my order, no I replied as supervisor and her partner/waiter appeared ‘’aloof ’’, She went into the kitchen and returned saying the kitchen had closed unfortunately ‘they’ve put chemicals on grill’ to say I was furious was an understatement ( especially with 3pm close on sign on front door... I questioned the guy/waiter that saw me arrived and sit down....he said oh really, fantastic I thought... so unfortunately I’ve not been back and since moved...

I visited for the first time yesterday on the recommendation of a friend. We were just grabbing a roll and a sandwich to takeaway. While we were waiting for our order, I noticed huge platefuls of delicious looking food being delivered to the tables. My sausage sandwich was one of the best I've had - the bloomer bread was the freshest possible. My friend also thoroughly enjoyed her bacon and egg roll, and couldn't believe how many rashers of bacon it contained. I will be back very soon to enjoy a sit down meal. I should also add that the young lady behind the counter was charming, and the restaurant itself was spotlessly clean. Update - I've been back to eat in several times since. The food is delicious and generous portions. The waitresses are friendly, cheerful and super efficient. I'm fast...
