I was meant to come here since a while, And here we go. I’ve been twice this week, On Monday I decided to go there for a V60(pour over, slow drip) I went straight for the competition one, As I’m myself a professional. A natural geisha from Colombia actually from Lacia and the rest is history. I had a lot of geisha in the last couple of years and I can tell that it’s probably around 88-90 grade of coffee ☕️ The complexity of this filter Tropical, funky,Rich bomb BØØØM As described on the back of the bootle. I will say blood orange at the very beginning with notes of guava and sweet finish, mouthfeel overall. Delicate on the palate. Really clean and bold body, 🥭 (Edison you need to get a bigger space lol) Thank to THE GUY (I would love to put a name on the Barista and in this review) who brewed this BANGER for me and THE GIRL who served us. Thank Edison for your recommendation For reserving one bottle of this beauty and all the tips and queries I did this midday. I love to see small business doing very well with passion. Just a disclaimer for KEYBOARD FIGHTERS You need to give chances to people, You need to create connections, chemistry, Baristas like in this place are there to answer to any questions because they are passionate about what they do. You can’t Jump To conclusions just after one time or because your coffee was “weak” robusta coffee beans is in another coffee shop 😅 or ask for an extra shot, It’s always a big dilemma for Baristas this “strong coffee topic” And jump on your keyboard and rate places at first sight, your 4,3,2,1 stars are damaging small businesses. Usually I give three times a visit to a place, To make my mind up,if it’s good, worth the visit. (This time was only two and the consistency is just right there) Your costumer service and quality driven thinking. That was the BANGER lol I will see you soon 🔜

Proper specialty coffee and great baristas who clearly love what they do. We visit them in a Sunday and the only downside was it was nonstop busy I guess that is a good problem to have

Unfortunately, a bit disappointed with our experience here. We’ve been wanting to visit for the past couple of weeks, but we’re let down by the service and the quality of the product. The pastries were a bit dry and tasteless with a grocery store equivalence in terms of quality. The matcha also lacked the proper sweetness or blend that is usually expected. Lastly, they don’t allow for adding sugar on your own which is just a bit stand offish to have to ask for a worker to put sugar in your cappuccino rather than have a side station that can be utilized. We were also forgotten about and our order was roughly thrown together when we were seen standing to the side after 20 minutes. It’s a bit dysfunctional and uncomfortable. We probably won’t be returning but the aesthetic of the cafe might make it worth the instagram pic.

First time I’ve dropped in here on my morning commute, and highly likely to be the last. Ordered a double espresso, paid for a double espresso, but got served a single. It was announced as ‘an espresso’, leading me to query whether the barista had realised my order was actually a double. He quickly corrected himself, and said it was, so I lifted the lid to check. Subsequent queries with both him and the second guy behind the desk, pointing towards the extremely small portion, was met with an abrupt one-word response, (yes, it’s a double). They both, in turn, walked away immediately after delivering their curt replies. Both doubled down on the assertion it was a double, neither would make eye contact when I asked, nor look inside my cup when I tried to show them, and each walked away to disengage from having any communication on the subject. Terrible customer service. I would have expected some engagement, at least. Maybe making eye contact would have felt less rude? Or maybe an attempt at smoothing a misunderstanding over might have been a better approach? Eventually, the original barista circled back and said in an exasperated manner that he could add hot water to it, if I liked. Very unhelpful, and slightly insulting to those of us who take coffee seriously. If I’d known this place was serving only 20ml as a double shot, I would have ordered the single for a...

I visited Nostos Coffee at 10am on 08/02 after seeing all of these 5 star reviews. I live in S.E London and had just finished volunteering at BDCH but was due to start an online webinar at 10am for my job, there was no time to travel home to connect to WiFi and I saw all the amazing reviews so I chose to visit :) These guys were friendly and welcoming from the start. I felt so humbled and grateful with how much they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to attend my webinar training on time! Without them being so kind and genuinely caring, I was definitely going to succumb to the technical difficulties I was experiencing which would've meant i'd miss the training, so huge thanks to them and equally huge thanks for the 10/10 coffee :))) They even offered for me to sample some of their Ecuadorian coffee, which was delicious. It's really not easy to give consistant excellent customer service especially in hospitality, but it made my day to feel this kindness from strangers. Thank you Nostos, I love that i've experienced the 5 stars for myself! And I didn't mention this at the time but the online training I did was all about one of the housing options which is available to adults recovering from rough sleeping/homelessness. I'm a support worker, so extra big thanks for helping me get online because it's helping lots of...
