‼️THIS HOTEL IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE‼️‼️LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICS‼️DO NOT BOOK HERE‼️ It’s very very run down & in urgent need of attention. This place shouldn’t be advertising. I booked this hotel for 2 nights on arrival I was given rm 401, this was up 5-6 steep flights of stairs & the hand rails very loose. The guy on reception never offered to carry our bags knowing how many flights it was with a child & no lift. Finally made it opened door & was met by a strong smell of stale smoke once opening the door u took 4 steps inside & your at the bed. There was no room for anything, but I thought it’s only 2 nights. I found a phone in the wardrobe & called reception & asked if we could be moved lower down we couldn’t manage all those stairs daily he said he was fully booked but could move us tomorrow. So we’re sat on the bed & decided to open a window as the smell was bad, opened the curtains to find 2 massive cracks in the windows so I darent touch the window, the window was right under the bed.on closer inspection there was a very bad draft whistling threw the window & noticed the window wasn’t fully closed & wouldnt close so wind was whipping threw the gap making the room freezing. There was no kettle as advertised, I’d hardly call the tiny thing on the wall a tv and the fan is the air con the room was filthy & the headboard stank it was supposed to be white but was smoke stained, I did not feel safe sleeping in this room so spent the next 30-40mins looking for another hotel by this time it was nearly 7pm.went to reception & the security guard was laid on the settee in the lounge I asked if he could call the manager as the room isn’t safe & I want a refund he said I’d need to speak to trip.com.Trecked to the other side of London with my son to another hotel, got comfy and then contacted trip.com to let them know what had happened. They called me back at about 8-9pm & told me to go back we could stay at their sister hotel. I explained I had already purchased other accomodation & wasn’t prepared to trek back to the other side of London with a child so late. Several Phone calls happened over the next few days putting a dampener on our short stay. Trip.com refused to give me a full refund even after I sent pictures of evidence. Late the next day trip.com called me to say I couldn’t have a refund as the hotel had been paid & refused to give a refund! But as compo they’d give me half back. This hotel is NOTHING like the pics, trip.com advertise as being on the customers side & u can GUARANTEE travel “worry free” well that’s certainly not the case. They still expected me to stay there with a child. A full refund shouldn’t of being a problem. Look at the pics yourself & make up your own mind. The only good thing about this place was the location & newly fitted bathroom. This place shouldn’t be open for business!!!  The owner should accept responsibility & give a...

Don’t fall in the trap. It’s not expensive and in a good position. However there’s a big difference between decency and savings. I’m ashamed for the the prices applied: we were supposed to pay 240€ for a hole of barely 10sqm, including a coffin of 1,5sqm which supposedly was the bathroom. Window cracked, double bed curved as an hammock, the fan so noisy that required earplugs, the carpet so dirty you wouldn’t walk on it without shoes. 4th floor without elevator, the more you go up the more you realize the whole place would turn into a death trap in case of fire. For unknown reasons, no authority has closed this place so far

Good location and friendly staff but the room was more like a hostel than a hotel. Decor was old, the room was very small and directly behind reception so noise was a real issue, not only from other guests, but every time the room above used the bathroom, it sounded like Niagara falls. That alongside the noise of the underground shaking the room every few mins meant it was not a relaxing place to stay. Also, as you can see from my pictures, that is quite some veiw you are greeted with. It was clean however.
