I recently had the pleasure of dining at Paramount Lebanese Restaurant, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere – it felt like a genuine escape to the heart of Lebanon. The food was, without exaggeration, incredible. Every dish we ordered was bursting with authentic, vibrant flavors, clearly prepared with the freshest ingredients and a deep understanding of Lebanese culinary traditions. The hummus was wonderfully creamy, the tabbouleh perfectly fresh and zesty, and the grilled meats were tender, juicy, and expertly seasoned. Wega’s professionalism and charm were evident from the start. She greeted us with a genuine smile and took the time to explain the menu, highlighting her personal favorites and answering our questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. Her recommendations were spot-on, showcasing her familiarity with the menu and the chef’s specialties.

Throughout our meal, Wega was attentive without being intrusive. She ensured to checked in at just the right moments to see if we needed anything. Her timing was impeccable; she knew when to engage in conversation and when to give us space to enjoy our meal.
