Hounslow Pizza & Chicken — Restaurant in London

I was a very good customer with papas pizza for a very long time and continuously had take away and ate with my family in papas pizza. However I am disgusted by the service and respect an Afghanistani staff member who claimed to be the manager. The alleged managers told me his name was Muhammed Said. On the 17th of august, at 16.36, I went papas pizza with my wife and 5 children. I ordered a huge amount of food for me and my family to eat in. Within a couple of minutes, my daughter ordered 2 extra large fries and payed on the spot. My children were waiting for the chips for a long time. After a long wait, I got up to the counter to enquire about the chips. Unluckily, the person who I was enquiring to was the apparent manager. While I was at the till, I saw loads of chips which were served to people who ordered after me. I asked politely that I ordered before them and that my children have been waiting for a very long time. He responded in a very aggressive manner and opened the till and threw my money onto the counter. He said do what you want, i will not serve you chips and to take the refund. He insulted me in public even though I payed the full amount of money for our food. The owner should not keep staff members like this. However, apart from this guy, I am really well known as a good customer to both male and female members of staff at papas pizza. I hope the human resourse team at papas review this...

Let's start off I ordered with Uber Eats. As soon as the food was delivered and I was absolutely in shock when I opened the box. I called Hounslow Pizza and chicken and asking them what on earth they delivered to me and they blamed the driver but I said to them I wanted another pizza to be made. I drove to them and showed them the pizza.. guess what?? They said this was normal!! They break the pizza by hand for the customer... so delivering your pizza like this you are trying to say you treat your customers like tramp and say that they also don't have hands by breaking the pizza before hand?? Absolute joke! They started screaming at me in the shops saying they won't even make me another pizza. The guy at the till called his colleagues and showed them the pizza and they said that pizza looks normal. First of all that's not edible and secondly that's not how you present a pizza. Before leaving the shop after they made me a new one, they said I wasted their time.. you wasted my time by not delivering the pizza how it should have been. Never coming back to this poor place ever again!!

Ps. They claimed that after 10mins the pizza starts to split by itself .... 😂😂 So how did the pizza in the second pic not split into pieces.

Very disappointed in the service and behaviour of the guy with managers polo shirt on. I came in earlier today around 5:40pm (23/04/2024), waited almost 30 minutes to be served. While the so called manager was busy flirting with two female customers who he made sure got served before plenty of orders that were pinned to the wall, another person came in presumably their friend jumped the line ordered peri peri chicken and got served while I was still in the line with no one on the till taking orders,. He just handed the £10 over the counter without it going through the till and walked out. Every customer should be treated equally regardless. When I questioned his behaviour and asked to speak to the owners he informed me he's the manager and to speak to him I urge the owners of the busines to get some training in customer service for this person. Reading through the recent reviews I'm not surprised at other people's experiences. I took my money back and went elsewhere for my food and will not return to this place again. I suggest other people do the same. I also suggest the owners of the business check the cctv footage. If this level of service continues you will have no customers left regardless how...
