So, we ordered Dosa, utpam, vada and chicken 65 and end up paying around £50….Sambar had chills( seems like they put intentionally so no one will ask more Sambar), chicken 65 for around £8 ( overprice for really small portion given) quantity is not even one portion ( very small plate, with lettuce underneath so just few pieces on top of lettuce bed). There was no option for drink you want ( if u want bottle or can) but they will bring small bottle(250ml) without even asking or giving you choice for £3, I mean really u can get 4 bottles for £3.50 and when I ask waiter he said can is available as well but he never gave us choice and he already opened the bottles so u have to take it) And at the end after over paying for everything, both of sauf ( mouth freshener) pots were deliberately empty…. I mean this is ridiculous you are over charging for literally everything and still doing this cheap tactics, how would u justify the portion and other services. Ahaa you lost one customer for life definitely…so...

The restaurant was very empty, in total when we walked in which was during the "busy" hours, there were maximum 6 people sitting. Ambience was slightly dull, no background music/melody, and staff didn't seem to look too happy either.
Dosa tasted absolutely delicious, noodles tasted really good as well. Their mango lassi didn't taste too good but that's because it's out of season so the mangos aren't fully ripe yet.
Tables were very clean and hygienic.
The food was very delicious but I believe that if they make some changes in the restaurant such as warm ambience, tweaking the menu a little and perhaps change certain things in the restaurant then they have more chances of attracting customers to eat in.
Do try this restaurant, their dosa was very nice. I will definitely come back here...

When I tried to report it, I found out that Just Eat has no proper customer care helpline—the number listed is only for restaurant partners, so regular customers can’t even reach them. You have to wait 24 hours just to raise a complaint.
We called the restaurant directly hoping they would help, but they clearly didn’t care at all. They said it was not their problem and simply gave us a customer service number that turned out to be incorrect. When we called them again, their phone was suddenly out of service.
Maybe the food is fine if you go there in person—but if you’re ordering online, don’t expect any help if something goes wrong. The way they handled this was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I will not be ordering...
