Another bad experience. After the first bad experience. I got reply from the cake inn team, apologising and promising that mistake won’t be repeated. But here we go again. Same mistake again. Today morning I went to buy cake for my eldest daughter’s birthday( reason to buy from here is that kids love the cakes from cake inn). Again the message was badly put on the cake. They wrote “a” as if they made a circle and draw the line on the top of it. When they showed me the cake I had to show them what mistake they did. Not to my surprise they had reason “ it’s the beginning of the day and our icing tube for writing message was not working properly “. So they decided to ruin my cake. Again. Very disappointed.

Went on 15/11/23 to buy cake for birthday. Most of the stand were empty. Only few cakes were on display. Half of them did t had the price tag. I chose one which I like( and had the price tag too). I wrote the message to put on the cake. They spell “Birthday” wrong. They wrote “Birlhday”. It’s common word people wrote on the cake for birthdays. It was written unprofessionally too. Absolutely stellar experience at Cake Inn! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked goods was intoxicating. The selection was impressive, with a variety of cakes, pastries, and other treats that catered to all tastes. I opted for the chocolate fudge cake, and it was divine—rich, moist, and perfectly balanced in sweetness.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and answering all my questions with a smile. The ambiance of the place was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and indulge in some delicious treats. The attention to detail in the presentation of the cakes was also remarkable; each slice looked like a work of art.

Overall, Cake Inn exceeded all my expectations. The quality of the cakes, the friendly service, and the charming atmosphere make it a must-visit for any cake lover. I highly recommend Cake Inn and will definitely be returning soon for another...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely disgraceful experience.

First off, they completely messed up the message on my cake. Not only was it wrong, but the writing itself looked like an absolute joke – sloppy, rushed, and nowhere near professional. When I questioned it, they literally laughed at me. Yes, laughed like a fool.

To make matters worse, the "strawberry cake" came with strawberry skin slapped on instead of actual strawberries. When I asked why, their genius excuse was, “It’s not strawberry season.” How the hell is that my problem? If you can’t provide the product as advertised, then don’t flipping sell it

The idiot on the phone was a rude and an ill-mannered person who argued with me instead of offering a shred of customer service. Utterly unprofessional, disrespectful, and beyond disappointing.
