The apartment is in a horrible area - hence no pictures on the website. The apartment was dirty and smelt like stale smoke and musty. Did not feel safe in the area with a small child with us. Lock on the door is too small. We had booked for 2 nights but couldn’t stay second night as it was so awful and not safe. Staff are rude, emails not received. Charged double for early check in. Would not refund as we couldn’t find the place and didn’t end up being early due to this. I travel all over the UK with work and this was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Also be warned a day prior they will want £100 Secruity deposit and will not give you access code if this isn’t payed - even when you have already paid for the rooms. Please please please avoid! Stayed here 23rd March,when booking it stated £59 until u go to book then they add a £30 cleaning fee on top,then have the nerve to ask you to leave the room clean n tidy,isn't this what I'm paying the £30 for? Could understand them charging after the fact but not before! And the cooker hob was filthy! Also had to listen to an alarm going off for hours through the night right outside our room door in the hallway and wasn't sorted till about 6-7 am! We had no sleep at all as it was constant and very loud bearing in mind my husband then had to drive home with no sleep aswell,emailed to complain and no response which is disgusting,would have appreciated some form of payment back at least! So this is why I am now writing this review! Would I stay here again...

Stayed between 13th to the 15th of September, l wish l have not booked it, absoult shambles begin to end, they have several individual buildings, they failed to gives the building number, as it's self checking in, we have to search for the right one. Followong day, fire alarm went on, no number to contact, no one answering emails, finely after the firemen arrived someone called me back l have to deal with firemen by myself. Try to locate the firepanel, Prior to our arrival they asked to pay 150 pounds on case any damages, which was not on booking form, we booked through Booking.com. The final request from them is to check out at 10am, where ever we book checking time is 11am. Needless to say avoid at all cost even for free, do not stay in this...
