Baytrees Hotel — Hotel in Sefton

All was well when we arrived. A nice attractive buliding. The owner was polite and welcoming and told us how to go on etc. Told us were our room was, didn't escort us though, that's ok, we're capable. The room was nice, not overly clean, no breakfast menu £5 extra charge per person, went down to screenshot the one at reception. No remote control for the TV. |The bathroom was nice and big, but not very clean. Lime scale on the taps and a stagnant smell coming from the sink. Didn't really matter to us.|What did bother us however, was the chaos at 4pm. We were woken by shouting from the reception area, loud voices. Very loud.it went on for about half an hour. After looking 2 young couples were there. It carried on...then carried on outside. We could still hear it. Think in all it lasted pretty much over an hour..I suffer from personal problems with mental health. I couldn't get back to sleep till after 6.30am. |We checked out at 10am as per requirement. No owner to be seen, a young man who seemed to be manning the kitchen did. |No apology, but it must off been known about as its a family run business???|We were looking forward to our stay here. |We won't be back. Shame because something has really let this ...

What can we say but wow what a beautiful hotel B&B the super king size room we had was fantastic bed so comfortable we slept very well we stayed for two nights due to a family wedding 25th of March to 27th of March the mangerment brilliant very welcoming very friendly nothing was to much we definitely recommend thus beautiful hotel for anyone to stay Maria even gave us a bottle of Bubbly to start are day off for my nieces wedding which was very kind of her thank you Maria we hope to be back for another shirt break this year thank you once again Vic and Maria for a fabulous stay 😊 definitely recommend ghis lovely B&B 👍👍👍 from Carol...

Had a phone call off a lady there who had a problem with something one of the residents had done (brought there own fridge as no cooking or fridge facilities available) and spoke to me terrible didn’t give her name but she needs to learn how to speak to people she is ringing or don’t allow rude people like that to use the phone, also they should provide some sort of facilities for people to be able to cook basic meals when they live there not very good practice at all, I work in the same line of business and wouldn’t dream of speaking to...
